I've tried a few other devices that claimed they could produce pour over quality coffee. But none of them have succeeded. I skeptically eyed the Aiden for over a year. Finaly I was able to try coffee made in one at the Fellow store in San Francisco...a few weeks later I finally broke down and bought one. And it hasn't disappointed! I mostly use it for single serve cups, but have brewed a pot for company. It makes excellent coffee; the single serve cups are better than my own brewing in a chemex (but I never mastered the proper technique). It even comes with a few of each filter, which was nice (I had a bunch of #4 cones and didn't realize they were the wrong size until the machine arrived 🫣).

The Aiden came highly recommended by family members. I am very impressed with the quality and am thoroughly enjoying the coffee produced by it. I thought it would be difficult to use but it has proven to be the opposite. I highly recommend the Aiden.

The Aiden makes great coffee, and the brewing process can be as simple or as detailed as you like. The Aiden is as advertised, a great cup of coffee. I highly recommend this machine if you are picky about flavor. My history is as a medium and dark roast drinker, espresso and French press methods.

Got this machine for my office to level up the quality of brew for both single and batch brews. It does an amazing job with fresh and pre ground coffee alike. The guided brew is easy for anyone in the office to use. Actual quote from a coworker: "this is the best cup of coffee I've had here in a long time."

The Fellow Aiden makes pour-over super easy, keeping the temperature steady so the flavors come out clean and balanced every time. It consistently brings out sweet, clear notes in both light and medium roasts without needing much tweaking. It's solid, simple to use, and feels like a reliable upgrade for anyone who loves great coffee at home.

Love this coffee maker. I work in healthcare and my wife is a teacher, needless to say we consume a lot of coffee. Over the years I have bought mugs and grinders from Fellow and have been very impressed, the Aidan is no different. Easy to use and makes extraordinary coffee. I've done a tremendous amount of research on other coffee makers on the market and nothing really matches what fellow has produced here—not to mention it looks amazing. I pre-ordered the espresso series one and I can't wait to have a full fellow lineup on my kitchen counter when it arrives!

I am loving my new Aiden Precision Coffee Maker! I've been looking to get away from coffee pods but still wanted a coffee maker with the convenience of making 1 or 2 cups and not always a full pot. I'm loving that I can do both with the Aiden and everything is so simple and easy to use and clean. The coffee comes out tasting so delicious every time!

I was looking to transform my personal coffee making after visiting my daughter and enjoying her espresso machine. I researched all the top coffee makers for 3 months, focused on pour over method as that was my desired equipment. I researched Mocccamaster, Breville, Ratio and Aiden. Aiden became my top choice across the board due to the ability to have a simple one press button brewing for my wife, while having endless control options for me. It's only been a couple of weeks but the Aiden is crushing it for both my wife and myself...no compromise necessary!

This has been a super surprising addition to my house since I got it, I never really liked batch brew coffee but would make pour overs at home, and ever since I got this it has been giving me the pour over fix while making enough coffee to take with me to work. Super minimalist and matches my other fellow gear as well as other black kitchenware beautifully.

Don't get me wrong, I love the ritual of a good pour-over coffee, when I have the time. Unfortunately I don't always have the time, so I'm happy that Fellow has stepped up to the challenge of creating a very similar experience with the Aiden. It is still early in my Aiden journey; I've had some very good cups/pots, while some beans still need some tweaking. I love the growing user provided Brew Profiles (an online search should turn up at least two resources for custom profiles). Am I happen with Aiden and think it is worth the price - Yes. Is it a golden-pill replacement for pour-over coffee (not quite, if you had your manual game really dialed in). But, lets be honest, if you love geeking out over coffee, this is another avenue for play.
