Replaced our shower head coffee maker after 8 years and we are pleasantly surprised! Brew quality, ease of use, and quite honestly, there is something very satisfying about pouring from the carafe. The dark roast function actually allows us to use one less scoop of beans because of how well the extraction process is. The only complaint is to use better construction of materials for this price. I can see the plastic being better at insulating heat, but some panels being metal would be appreciated. But they nailed the brew!

Firstly, I am very happy with this purchase. My wife wanted a coffee machine instead of having to make pourovers while I'm out of town. Since I bought it, I haven't made a single pourover! It works exactly as described. I did rate it 4 stars because the carafe handle feels cheap and I feel like it's going to break off. The small round screen could be better. I think the font size needs to decrease. I also did have one instance where mid-brew, the Aiden thought the water tank needed more water, but it was 2/3 full (and I was making like 3-4 cups worth). I added water and it continued. One feature I'd like to see is being able to add how much coffee you'd like to use, and then add the Aiden just uses the right amount of water. Overall, a great product.

I've had the Aiden for about a week now and I have to be honest: I was super skeptical, but the flavor is excellent. Even with mediocre beans it bruised coffee without the acidity or the bitterness that I am used to from those particular beans. Absolutely worth the price. Really easy to use, and it has improved my coffee experience significantly. Folks have mentioned the materials and I have no real issue with them except for the handle on carafe. It seems somewhat flimsy to me. Regardless, one of the best purchases I've made this year.

I enjoy brewing pourovers and experimenting with my Hario Switch. We bought Fellow's Aiden for my husband to brew his 5 a.m. cup and were immediately blown away by the tasty cup we get from Aiden. I have explored the brew profiles and found some amazing recipes for our specialty beans. Aiden has taken center stage in our home and every coffee has been a treat. With a housefull for the holidays, I can easily batch brew and keep the coffee mugs full. Easy to use, pretty on our countertop and delicious coffee!

I am loving my new Aiden Precision Coffee Maker! I've been looking to get away from coffee pods but still wanted a coffee maker with the convenience of making 1 or 2 cups and not always a full pot. I'm loving that I can do both with the Aiden and everything is so simple and easy to use and clean. The coffee comes out tasting so delicious every time!

This coffee maker has certainly lived up to all the hype. The quality of the coffee is superb and it's an amazing upgrade from the drip machine I was using before. Is easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to enjoy! I look forward to exploring more features as I get different coffee roast types in the future. The only reason this is four stars instead of five is because the carafe does not do a very good job of keeping the coffee hot enough.

I spent a lot of time debating whether I should get this, and I'm so glad I finally made the purchase. So easy to make coffee that's just as good as pour overs and adjustable temperature settings and presets. I love that I can create my own presets based on the type of coffee I get. I especially love that I don't need to spend the time making the coffee because as much as I love doing a manual pour over, I don't always have the time.

It has made coffee fun again. The app still needs a little building out, but gets the basics down. The machine itself is stylish and easy to use. The parts are well made and it feels sturdy despite the plastic construction. It's easy to clean and I use both the carafe and make individual cup pour overs almost every day.

It has quickly become a morning staple. It much more easily brews a larger batch for myself, partner, and possibly a friend (if we had one here!). The individualized profiles for each of my onyx advent calendar is SO fun! I also love the easy upload from the app and intuitive clicking through the menu. Though it is plastic, it feels like it will hold up. The adjustment of temperatures for elevation is a neat addon too. I hope this thing continues to brew well for years to come!

So, this thing is awesome. Also, anyone who says it doesn't keep the coffee warm enough in the carafe must be crazy. sure it's not boiling? but it's still quite warm 6 hours+ later after brewing. (longer than any drip maker with a warm plate can do.) This thing makes such amazing coffee effortlessly that when my roommates demanded to run their (please don't ban me for this) usual folgers store tub of coffee through it to see if it was really so magical, it actually is magical, as somehow that is least terrible folgers has ever tasted. So yes, this coffee maker can even make cheap store crap coffee somehow have actual flavor! If there's a complaint it's probably that it randomly decides to forget it was connected to wifi for day or two unless I unplug and plug back in the machine. But since everything can be done on the dial vs. the app it's not a deal breaker. This thing is so great that my roommates have threatened to steal it from me if I ever move out because they can now not live without the coffee it makes. keep up the good work Fellow.
