Loving my Aiden Precision Coffee Maker. There was a little bit of a learning curve, but between the guided brew instructions on the machine and the youtube clips I was making smooth brews within hours of unwrapping my machine. The malted chocolate color works perfectly in my kitchen. Looking forward to many years with this maker.

I've had it for a couple weeks now and I really love it so far. Intuitive, easy to use, easy to clean. Makes great coffee and looks great on the counter. I haven't really used the app or played around with other settings. I just choose the guided brew option. Only downside is that it doesn't keep the carafe warm after brewing but I knew that when I bought it and it's not a dealbreaker for me.

I enjoy brewing pourovers and experimenting with my Hario Switch. We bought Fellow's Aiden for my husband to brew his 5 a.m. cup and were immediately blown away by the tasty cup we get from Aiden. I have explored the brew profiles and found some amazing recipes for our specialty beans. Aiden has taken center stage in our home and every coffee has been a treat. With a housefull for the holidays, I can easily batch brew and keep the coffee mugs full. Easy to use, pretty on our countertop and delicious coffee!

Brewing is very easy and uniform, particularly with the Instant Brew option. The controls are menu driven, and it's a bit cumbersome if you're defining Brew Profiles each morning. For the most part if your beans and volume brewed are the same each day, use Instant Brew. Materials are top-notch and would appear to be durable, but time will tell, eh? Temperature of the brewed cup is perfect.

After a week of use, I am over the moon with the quality of coffee this machine brews. The ability to brew one of many cups at the same time is a fantastic feature, and the controls are very easy to manage. The machine itself is high quality and attractive, which is a must when it lives on a countertop. This is an absolute must for any pour-over enthusiast!

My husband and I have been on the hunt for a coffee maker for a while. I love making pour over, but it can be time consuming and a challenge to make enough coffee for everyone. The Aiden coffee maker has changed the game for us. I will keep this short and sweet: we absolutely love the coffee that it brews for us, and it's fun and easy to use the “guided brew” feature. Looking forward to purchasing a “Fellow Drop” soon to try the pre-set configuration. It also looks absolutely stunning on our countertop. We are so happy with it!

This coffee maker has certainly lived up to all the hype. The quality of the coffee is superb and it's an amazing upgrade from the drip machine I was using before. Is easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to enjoy! I look forward to exploring more features as I get different coffee roast types in the future. The only reason this is four stars instead of five is because the carafe does not do a very good job of keeping the coffee hot enough.

I've had the Aiden for several months. It makes great, consistent coffee. The cup quantity flexibility is great, being able to make anything from a single cup in a cone filter clear through to 10 cups. You can get extremely granular while dialing in your different brews. Enjoy good coffee!

The app is not as bad as the reviews suggest. The coffee is delightful. The only problem is there is no funnel so you have to stir the batch before every pour. I agree with James Hoffman about the need for a funnel in the carafe's lid. I am kind of astonished by the cold brew cycle, which uses a hot bloom. Cold brew isn't just for unloved beans anymore.
