I wasn't in the market for a new coffee maker (content with my previous standard drip) until I broke the glass carafe. Cue the Aiden: I made the splurge and am SO glad I did. The design fits perfectly on my counter without taking up much space, and the ease of use was quick to learn. HUGE bonus … no glass carafe to crack! I'm loving the insulated option that also prevents that burnt “bottom of the barrel” taste from other hotplate coffee makers. Thinking about buying this one? Take the leap, you won't be disappointed.

The Aiden Coffee Maker is seriously one of the best coffee makers you could have for making specialty coffee at home. I love all of the different features it offers. Fellow seems to have thought of every little detail. The customization you have (and the pairing to Fellow Drops coffee recipe) makes this a really good value for the money. I know the price tag is steep, but if you appreciate really great coffee then you will not be disappointed whatsoever.

I have had my fellow Aiden and opus grinder for two weeks now, and I would choose to buy them again 10x over! The quality of brewing is unmatched, and the design of the machine is so excellent. I especially love the guided brew set up, which takes a lot of the guesswork out of brewing a cup of coffee. Also, it looks amazing on the counter!! I will be recommending to all my family and friends!

Bought this machine for an office environment and love the quality of the coffee and variation of brews available with such a simple intuitive setup. Nice to be able to pivot from a single mug to a 10 cup carafe. I'm expecting new users to be able to produce solid coffee with little to no instruction.

As a nerdy coffee enthusiast, the endless customization options offered by the Aiden are just what I was looking for to upgrade my morning coffee routine. I may not have the time to craft a pour-over by hand on weekday mornings, but the Aiden lets me enjoy the same experience with half the work.

Replaced a regular drip makes with this. Now I can get nicely brewed coffee on work days, when I do not have the time to do a manual pour over. The schedule function is nice, though connecting through the app can be occasionally sluggish. The single cup feature does have a downside. None of my commuter cups fit under the filter, so when I transfer to my cup, there are invariably drips to clean up. A minor hassle.

After a week of use, I am over the moon with the quality of coffee this machine brews. The ability to brew one of many cups at the same time is a fantastic feature, and the controls are very easy to manage. The machine itself is high quality and attractive, which is a must when it lives on a countertop. This is an absolute must for any pour-over enthusiast!

Super convenient to use and great coffee! The app has worked great for scheduling my coffee. Hot coffee isn't hard to come by, but being able to have a cold brew ready is amazing. I also love that it tells you how many grams you need based on how many cups. Definitely recommend the Aiden!

Brewing is very easy and uniform, particularly with the Instant Brew option. The controls are menu driven, and it's a bit cumbersome if you're defining Brew Profiles each morning. For the most part if your beans and volume brewed are the same each day, use Instant Brew. Materials are top-notch and would appear to be durable, but time will tell, eh? Temperature of the brewed cup is perfect.
