Obvious excellence.

From the very first pot, I could tell this machine was superior to others, mainly due to the higher brewing temperature. Besides that, even the smallest of details seem to be very well thought out. So far, so very excellent. I hope this machine keeps its promises for many years to come.

Great coffee maker

Love making pour overs but wanted my time back on the weekends to play with my 2 year old son while still enjoying good coffee. The Aiden checks all the boxes. I'm still tinkering with custom guided brews to dial in my preferred style but it's an excellent option for those that want good coffee without doing all the work.

New to the Aiden

Loving my Aiden Precision Coffee Maker. There was a little bit of a learning curve, but between the guided brew instructions on the machine and the youtube clips I was making smooth brews within hours of unwrapping my machine. The malted chocolate color works perfectly in my kitchen. Looking forward to many years with this maker.

Perfect brew!

Replaced our shower head coffee maker after 8 years and we are pleasantly surprised! Brew quality, ease of use, and quite honestly, there is something very satisfying about pouring from the carafe. The dark roast function actually allows us to use one less scoop of beans because of how well the extraction process is. The only complaint is to use better construction of materials for this price. I can see the plastic being better at insulating heat, but some panels being metal would be appreciated. But they nailed the brew!

Dynamo coffee. Carafe, needs work.

This coffee maker has certainly lived up to all the hype. The quality of the coffee is superb and it's an amazing upgrade from the drip machine I was using before. Is easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to enjoy! I look forward to exploring more features as I get different coffee roast types in the future. The only reason this is four stars instead of five is because the carafe does not do a very good job of keeping the coffee hot enough.

Good but still on a learning curve

Maybe I'm still learning how to use it. Pretty good overall but I can't figure out the grind amounts exactly and when to use instant brew vs programmed brews based on roast. Just tell me what to do and what number to grind on have had some delicious coffee and some very bitter or sour.

Pour-Over Quality in a Drip Machine

I have had the Aiden coffee maker for several months now, and overall, it is been a great drip coffee maker. The Aiden does a great job of delivering a smooth coffee, whether you want a single-serving or a larger batch. It supports different brew modes (instant vs guided), size settings, and roast levels (light, medium, dark). The cold brew function is the shining star for this machine. I love it! However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. Although the carafe is double-walled, the heat retention is not great. The coffee cools faster than expected because there is no hot plate. I generally only brew enough coffee to take with me on my way to work, but if you like to slowly drink your coffee in the morning, you will be heating up your coffee again. It's a premium model, so the cost is definitely higher than basic drip machines. If you're not interested in tinkering with brew profiles, temps, or pulses, the advanced features might feel a bit like overkill. My overall verdict: The Aiden stands out in the crowded drip coffee market thanks to its blend of advanced features, solid build quality, and strong final brew quality. For coffee enthusiasts willing to invest both money and a little time to explore its features, it delivers. However, its premium price and some quirks mean it might be more than what a casual or budget-focused user needs. In short: if you're serious about your drip coffee and want a machine that bridges "pour-over quality" with automatic convenience, go for it! If you want a simple drip machine with minimal fuss, there may be simpler, more affordable options.

Gods, thats good!

TLDR: if you're on the fence about the Aiden just make the investment and get it. Yes there are some refinements that could be made. Yes there are plastic components. Yes there is no hot plate (energy sucker) but we all have microwaves, get over it. That being said, i have enjoyed every cup of coffee more with the Fellow Aiden and its only been a week for me. If you know what this little hot rod can do and you care about the control of the temperature and brewing phases you will not regret using it even without the app.

Elegant, functional, simple

This super elegant coffee maker makes an excellent cup, and is easy to use. I don't bother with all the connectivity stuff, but I'm sure that more sophisticated people than I am would be happy to tweak their brews. Worth the considerable expenditure.

Get an Aiden and enjoy!!

So far I love the Aiden paired with the Ode. It's got just the right combination of adjustability and still simple to use. I even have my wife able to do the whole process by herself in just 2 lessons,lol….. makes a great cup and has plenty of customization for most people. I've heard complaints that you don't know if there is enough water in it and it doesn't tell you, maybe an update fixed it, but it does tell you when it's out of water to add more and then hit button to continue, so problem solved.
