[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would take these in the morning hoping for fewer hot flashes. They were a bit lighter in length and I especially like the Vitamin D for strong bones. I seemed to feel a bit calmer after taking these for awhile.

The fact that they are hormone-free is also an added benefit. I've been using the a couple weeks now, and I have noticed a reduction in hot flashes or night sweats yet. I will continue using them at least for the recommended 60 days in hopes that I get the relief I need.
