This is a 30 day supply and the package recommends trying for 60 days to notice results. However, in less than 30 days I do feel this product helped me to sleep better. I am able to fall asleep and stay asleep, getting a restful night's sleep of about 7 hours. That is really good for me, as usually I toss and turn. I think this product helped.

The fact that they are hormone-free is also an added benefit. I've been using the a couple weeks now, and I have noticed a reduction in hot flashes or night sweats yet.
