I am entering early menopause and am struggling with night heat. I also don't get much sun so the D is an added bonus. I take this with the Azo melatonin for menopause at night. Having a daytime product helps me ease the occasional hot feelings.

Can't really tell how well it works given its recommended for 60 days, but considering how much easier these are to take than other products I've tried. I would definitely recommend as I feel more people would be able to take these than other larger supplements.

The box is big and it lasts about a month! I like that they are tablets because you don't taste anything. The tablets are a good size too which makes them easy to take! I'm glad that it helps with my bone health, I seem to get less night sweat episodes. I'm pretty sure my hot flashes were a little less intense as well. The packaging clearly states what it does and it's a pretty color.
