I can say that I have noticed the severity of the hot flashes and night sweats have somewhat decreased as they don't feel as intense. It is recommended to continue use for at least 60 days. Since they are still happening I am going to continue taking this and see what happens!

I prefer the pill over a gummy that has unnecessary added sugar. I suffer from night sweats and hot flashes and seem to have had less since taking this product. I like the fact it has Vitamin D, however. I take a stand alone Vitamin D supplement at a higher dose so I don't need it in this product.
