But first I want to mention the things that I really liked about it. It is quieter than most robot vacuums, and it mapped out my space beautifully, it was able to recognize furniture and rugs. What I didn't like about it as I feel that the vacuum could be way stronger than what it is and the clear part where you can see through cracked the first few days. I believe it is from hitting the walls and the furniture, and the clear plastic got all scratched up and broke. I feel like that part of the vacuum should be more durable, considering it's hitting walls and furniture. The maintenance on it is pretty easy and it maneuvers easily throughout the home. It also doesn't take up too much space. I have been using it daily for about 10 days now.

The brushes are designed so that hair doesn't get tangled in them. The water tank is easy to fill and attach. The mop is also securely attached . It mops very well, leaving no streaks. Using the app, the robot vacuum has mapped out the floor plan; it responds brilliantly and follows its route. When wet mopping, it recognises carpets and avoids them , preventing them from getting wet. It empties the dust bin automatically, so you don't have to worry about emptying it yet. The Wi-Fi works perfectly . There's an audible alert if the robot gets lost. The battery charges quite quickly and long enough to clean the whole house.

It vacuums extremely well and picks up everything so efficiently, which makes keeping the house clean feel so much easier. It can clean our whole house on one charge, so I don't have to worry about stopping to recharge it halfway through. Talso really love that it can maintain wet cleaning at the same time. The floors feel fresh and clean afterward, and honestly have no complaints about the mopping performance. We even named ours Clean Elizabeth, and at this point it genuinely feels like we have a personal maid helping around the house. It's been such a convenient addition to our home, and I absolutely love it.

It self empties and can store dirtiness up to 60 days. It vacuums and wet mops too. It's awesome how it detects carpet and hard floors. In that way it automatically adjusts the type of cleaning as the suction. You can connect it to the Shark app, giving you the map and all the details of every cleaning.

It moves around great and even memorizes the layout of your house or the area that you will be using it in.

I like that it came with QR code that you can scan to get help with setting up. It just makes things much easier. The charging does not take very long, a few hours. I love that it's not too loud especially while it's cleaning. It picked up things I didn't even know where in the floor. The mopping is good. It doesn't get rid of stains completely, but I don't expect it to since it only goes over an area once. You can see that the floor is being mopped. You can see the wet streaks but it quickly dries. The app is also very easy to use and easy to map your house. It's very easy to maintain and dump all the debris as well. I love that it doesn't take up too much space.

It's powerful and sucks in all fluffs and hairs even at corners. For first time use it took a few hours to charge, but after that it started cleaning and mapping my apartment and completed the job within an hour. I love that it uses Lidar technology and it produced an accurate map of my apartment for future runs. For the mopping function, the water tank is inside the robot, not at the station and it only requires quick assembly to use. Overall I'm very happy with the upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Shark Navigator 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop in my home almost one week now, and it has genuinely changed my daily routine.Between my carpeted areas and my laminate floors, keeping up with clean surfaces used to feel like a full-time task. I simply do not have the time or energy to mop every single day, so I am so happy that this vacuum handles both vacuuming and mopping for me. Having a mix of carpet and laminate, I needed something versatile. The Floor Detect feature automatically senses when it moves between floor types, adjusting suction on carpets and handling vacuuming and mopping on my laminate floors seamlessly. It targets stuck-on stains on my hard floors with repeated circular motions, leaving them clean without me having to lift a mop. The coverage is impressive, especially in my one-bedroom apartment. It uses SmartPath Max Navigation with 360° LiDAR, which maps out my space accurately. It cleans in neat grid patterns and makes sure it covers every corner of my home without missing spots or wandering aimlessly. 360° LiDAR navigation allows it to detect furniture, walls, and objects, smoothly routing around them without slamming into things or getting stuck easily. It automatically connected via Bluetooth to my phone right out of the box. The app allows me to start a full clean with just one click or schedule cleans ahead of time. The self-emptying base is a game changer. I love that it automatically empties its dustbin into the bagless base, giving me up to 60 days of hands-free cleaning. I don't have to constantly touch dirty dustbins, and the internal filtration system keeps fine dust and allergens sealed inside during transfer. The self-cleaning brushroll is sturdy and designed to handle hair without getting tangled, and the overall unit feels durable enough for heavy daily use.It saves me so much time every week and keeps my carpet and laminate floors spotless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great little mop, and vacuum all in one! The technology behind this little vacuum is incredibly impressive! It can map out where your rugs even are so that when you're mopping, it doesn't put water on your rugs in the space that it's vacuum vacuuming!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this Shark Robot but it was disappointing. The setup instructions weren't user friendly and it wasn't clear that I needed to attach the dust bin prior to mapping my home. When it mapped the home, it took forever and I had to make major edits to get it to resemble the rooms in my home. The support instructions in the app forces you to pick a model, but this model isn't included. The YouTube instructions for mopping only states to add water so I'm not sure if I can use a cleaning solution also! I vacuumed my closet and told the robot to return to dock. It proceeded to clean another room for several minutes and then got confused on how to get back to the dock. It also totally skipped some areas when vacuuming my kitchen and guest bathroom. This device is better than nothing but I unfortunately have another robot to compare it too. The Shark is nowhere close to performing like my other robot vacuum/mop.
