[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot vacuum and mop from Shark is literally a huge life upgrade for anyone with a busy hectic household! Out of the box, it was incredibly intuitive to setup, and I was having it map within minutes of opening it up. The initial mapping only took about 20 minutes which surprised me since we have a decently large main floor. To my surprise it mapped the main floor with incredible detail and has since cleaned exactly where we tell it too. We named our robot Scooter and our kids are thrilled every time Scooter comes out to clean. The overall noise of this robot vacuum is far quieter than any we have tried before, even with it using maximum suction power. The loudest part (still not very loud) is the emptying into the base after completing its job. The battery is also excellent. This robot can clean a legitimately large space in one pass. I think if you have a lot of carpets it may use more battery, but we have had no issues with it cleaning completely without needing to recharge. One of my favorite features of this setup is that you don't need vacuum bags or anything for the base. Just simply pull out the canister from the right side and empty it into the trash. Literally everything about this vacuum was meant to make chores easier. If you're on the fence about a robot vacuum, this is the one to get! I have been extremely impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a busy mom, this has been a lifesaver! This vacuum and mop device gets the job done so I have one less thing to worry about. I found it easy to setup, simply download the app and connect to WiFi. The vacuum has good suction, picking up dust and debris easily. It moves across our wood and tile floors with ease. I do have several rugs in our home and that was no obstacle for this machine. When the machine mops the floors it doesn't leave them soaking wet, I would say it's like a fine mist that dries pretty quickly. The machine cuts down on my cleaning which saves me time. I like the durable and compact design, the docking station fits in pretty much any space. It can go over un-level flooring pretty easily, our fire place has a marble slabe so it's about an inch above our wood floor. Our main floor is about 1600 square feet and it cleans in the first run, so for the capacity of tank it works for our home.Overall I am happy with the performance, setup and quality.

After that, it was easy to go. What I love most is that it doesn't just vacuum, it mops too. It comes with interchangeable mop pads, so I pop on a clean one., fill the water tank and my floor is shining. The apps really easy to use. I can schedule cleaning or start and stop it from anywhere. It spots furniture and objects easily and moves around them smoothly. It also knows when it's on carpet and automatically cleans much stronger. It even empties itself into the base which holds up to 60 days of dirt. I truly recommend it if you have carpets and floor and want to mop it as well as vacuum.

I really like that you can adjust the suction, and honestly, it's not nearly as loud as I expected it to be. I also love that I can tell it to avoid certain areas, which makes it easy to customize where I want it to clean. It does take a little longer to finish cleaning than I thought it would, but the cleaning itself is really good. The self-emptying feature is probably one of my favorite things about it. With two dogs and all the fur they leave behind, though, I definitely won't be making it 60 days without emptying it. I also really like having the mop built in. It's nice not having to use a separate vacuum and mop. My only question is whether the mop will dry completely between uses, so I'll be keeping an eye on that. Overall, I'm really happy with it. It has a lot of features that make cleaning easier, and it's been especially helpful with keeping up with all the pet hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Navigator 2-in-1 is a solid robot vacuum product for several reasons: a) compact and portable —easy to operate right out of the box; b) Runs smoothly and quietly during vacuuming operation; c) Thorough cleaning coverage; d) Able to adjust seamlessly to different floor surfaces from hardwood to carpets (regardless of thickness and shapes); e) Flexibility to select a suction power level (Eco, Normal, Max) along with carpet boost; f) Excellent detection capability of sensing walls, corners, posts, stairs, etc. without hitting them — able to maneuver gently around them and without the risk of falling off the edge of a staircase; and g) helpful summary report after it completes a cleaning task. On one hand, there were a few minor operational glitches that kept me from giving it a 5-star rating: 1) While it seemed to provide two options to select on the App for the setup (Map while vacuuming or Map without cleaning), it defaulted to only the second option — I could not select the first option for some reason; 2) The following message notification kept showing up on the App screen: “Location: Unknown. Use the ‘Find Robot' button which caused it to chime 10X without getting rid of the message; 3) No option to save and view previous reports for prior completed jobs — I was able to view only the most recent completed job report; 4) It did not allow me to create and save maps for other rooms in the house except only at the beginning of using the vacuum for the first time when it did its first map exploration. It would have been helpful to see maps saved after a vacuuming job completed. Overall, this Shark robot vacuum is a good, reliable household product to have and rely on for your essential cleaning needs around the house.

Yeah, it vacuums pretty well -- the person kept throwing dirt and debris down on a rug -- and it picked up the dirt, but I was like, let's see this thing mop cuz I hate mopping. The person shows me the app on their phone, the mapped out room, pointing out where the vacuum is going to go. And I kept saying, let's get to mopping! So they let this thing loose on the floor and it's actually mopping without me touching anything -- no stick, no dirty water, no wringer, no pads -- and after a while the floor is clean. Uhm, yes please!

The base only has to be cleaned every 30 days- I assume it would have to depend on how much dirt you have though. The brush is self cleaning which is great when you have a lot of hair on the floor. There is also a handy app if you need to spot clean a stain to limit the vacuum to that specific area and you can also set a timer for when you want to start cleaning. It comes in multiple colors; while the black and white look sleek blue and yellow would be great for someone who's interior colors matched up and the price point is reasonable compared to some of the pricier robots. * I tested this in a commercial setting and haven't used it long term
