The mapping is so smart and fast and it actually finds its way around every rook with zero trouble . It gets right into the tightest spots and hidden corners around the house , leaving those tricky areas super clean . Having both vacuum and mopping in one machine saves me so much time and the self emptying base is the best part because I don't have to worry about emptying it every single use . Between the every day dust and keeping up with dogs running around , this vacuum handles all the pet hair and messes effortlessly leaving the floors looking spotless. I love love love this vacuum !!!!!

The first thing I loved was the size of the base station. It's very compact yet has plenty of capacity, and it's quick and easy to clean. The second thing I noticed was how quietly it runs. I have a small child, so I often clean while he's asleep, and I'm so happy that this vacuum doesn't wake my little one up. And, of course, the cleaning performance is top-notch! Besides a toddler and a teenager- who are constantly dropping cookie crumbs everywhere - we also have a dog and a cat, so cleanliness is really important to me. I have peace of mind knowing my toddler can run, crawl, and even roll around on clean floors without me having to spend time vacuuming and mopping. I'd also like to add that the design is simple and intuitive. Figuring out how to assemble and set it up is easy, but the included instructions and the video accessible via the QR code make the process even simpler. And, of course, controlling it from my phone makes life so much easier. I don't even have to get off the couch to start cleaning! This is definitely a fantastic vacuum, and I already know I'll be buying a second one as a Thanksgiving gift for my parents.

The signature design and look matches with my homes aesthetic. First it was really easy to setup. Mapping technology is always the best in Shark, so Look for LiDAR or structured light cameras it map rooms quickly and accurately, keeping aware of stairs too as live in first floor. It has bump technology which allows the vacuum to move If there is any obstacle or wall. The suction power is remarkably high because as I have kids and cats, so I don't need to worry if my kids throw something on floor or cats hairs all over my carpet because it has small anti tangle silicone roller brush that keeps my floor and carpet clean. In rooms carpet I set it on max suction which is also great. This has mopping functionality too which is easy to setup. I put hot water with shark floor solution to remove cup stain from my floor and was surprised with the results. Overall, I give this machine full stars and thanks shark for helping me keep my home clean. I highly recommend this Shark Navigator 2 in 1 Robot vacuum and mop.

It keeps my floors clean without me having to sweep or mop, saving me time every day. It feels durable, well-made and built to last. Shark is also a special brand to me because my parents bought Shark products when I was little. Now having one in my own home feels like a full-circle moment!

It arrived well packaged, setting everything up was super easy. The instructions were simple to follow, I really appreciated the step-by-step videos. I love that I can control everything through the Shark app. The robot mapped my apartment, I divided it into three cleaning zones. I can choose which room or specific area I want cleaned, although I usually just let it clean the whole apartment. I've tried both vacuuming and mopping, I'm happy with how well it does both. It picks up everyday dust and dirt, the mopping feature works well too. I could actually see how much dirt it had picked up when I washed the mop pad afterward! My floors looked clean, with no streaks left behind. I like that it avoids carpets when mopping but goes over them when vacuuming. Another thing I appreciate is how well it moves around my apartment. It doesn't bump into furniture or scratch the walls, it always finds its way back to the charging station. I've never had to rescue it from anywhere 🤪 The self-emptying feature is probably one of my favorite things. I don't have to empty the dustbin after every cleaning because the robot takes care of that itself. The only thing that surprised me was how loud it gets when emptying! The first time it happened, I actually got scared because I thought something was wrong, haha. It's also a bit louder while cleaning than my previous robot vacuum, but I've gotten used to it. The base station takes up a little space, but I don't really mind. I usually run the vacuum twice a week, it's been doing a great job. I just make sure there are no loose cables or anything else on the floor before starting it. 🤍 I'm happy with this little robot. It's so nice to turn it on from my phone and let it do its thing while I relax or take care of something else. Definitely one of those things that makes everyday life a little easier!

The controls are intuitive, and the powerful suction handles everyday dirt and debris beautifully. The battery lasts well for routine cleaning, while the sleek design fits easily under furniture. The dustbin and water capacity are convenient for longer cleaning sessions.

It can map out where your rugs even are so that when you're mopping, it doesn't put water on your rugs in the space that it's vacuum vacuuming!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My baby recently started crawling and suddenly clean floors became a must. This Shark 2 in 1 Vacuum and Mop has been my life saver lately! Ever since getting it, I've stopped stressing out about clean floors all the time. I can use Shark app to remotely map the house, start vacuum and mop the floors, which is very convenient. I usually run it when we leave the house or go to sleep so by the time the baby is ready to explore, the floors are clean! It was very easy to set up. The Shark app has really good videos that walk you through everything including how to install mop pad. And when the cleaning is done, the robot returns back to the charging station. Amazing helper around the house! I would definitely recommend it to busy parents with even busier toddlers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been testing the Shark Navigator 2-in-1 for about a week now and I'm really liking it. The vacuum picks up really well - dust, crumbs, all of it, and it got spots I didn't even realize were dirty. No loud noises. The mop function is simple, just fill the tank and let it do its thing on my kitchen and hallway floors. I also like that it actually maps the house and cleans in rows instead of randomly bumping into everything like my old one did. App setup took maybe 10 minutes. Edge, water, durable.
