It only took a few minutes to pair to the app. I liked the simple instructions and video that showed me exactly what to do. Once I set it up it done an excellent job of mapping all my rooms. It went into great detail and didnt miss anything. I just left the doors open, removed any small obstacles and it did everything on its own. The cleaning is even better. It picked up every speck up dirt and crumb. It doesnt miss anything. I especially liked how it followed clear paths and even went partially under my couch to pick up dustbin debris under the edges. It gets close to baseboards and never gets stuck. When I am done vacuuming, I can putbon the map pad and my map on the app changes to mop. I can select which rooms I want to do by selecting them or let it do my whole house. I can even respond to quick messes by selecting to spot cleanup. It will automatically go clean up the area I select on the map. It makes everyday cleaning effortless. I open my map and choose vacuum or mop and that's it. The vacuum uploads the dirt and water into the reservoir tanks on its own. No need to empty each time. This is perfect for my busy schedule and makes cleaning my house a chore of the past. I just open the app, and the robot does all the work.

You can map out your whole house, select rooms, and even mop with him! He's goes over carpet, title, and under furniture getting all those crumbs I didnt even see. It's all controlled by the app. It's safe to say he's apart of our family.

It maps out all the rooms and even allows you to select no go zones. It cleans nicely both vacuuming and mopping - easy on hard wood floors getting into tight corners. The filtration and self emptying is also a game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Shark Navigator 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop in my home almost one week now, and it has genuinely changed my daily routine.Between my carpeted areas and my laminate floors, keeping up with clean surfaces used to feel like a full-time task. I simply do not have the time or energy to mop every single day, so I am so happy that this vacuum handles both vacuuming and mopping for me. Having a mix of carpet and laminate, I needed something versatile. The Floor Detect feature automatically senses when it moves between floor types, adjusting suction on carpets and handling vacuuming and mopping on my laminate floors seamlessly. It targets stuck-on stains on my hard floors with repeated circular motions, leaving them clean without me having to lift a mop. The coverage is impressive, especially in my one-bedroom apartment. It uses SmartPath Max Navigation with 360° LiDAR, which maps out my space accurately. It cleans in neat grid patterns and makes sure it covers every corner of my home without missing spots or wandering aimlessly. 360° LiDAR navigation allows it to detect furniture, walls, and objects, smoothly routing around them without slamming into things or getting stuck easily. It automatically connected via Bluetooth to my phone right out of the box. The app allows me to start a full clean with just one click or schedule cleans ahead of time. The self-emptying base is a game changer. I love that it automatically empties its dustbin into the bagless base, giving me up to 60 days of hands-free cleaning. I don't have to constantly touch dirty dustbins, and the internal filtration system keeps fine dust and allergens sealed inside during transfer. The self-cleaning brushroll is sturdy and designed to handle hair without getting tangled, and the overall unit feels durable enough for heavy daily use.It saves me so much time every week and keeps my carpet and laminate floors spotless.

It can map out where your rugs even are so that when you're mopping, it doesn't put water on your rugs in the space that it's vacuum vacuuming!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot vacuum looks great and does a brilliant job. It thoroughly picks up all fine debris, pet hair and dust. The brushes are designed so that hair doesn't get tangled in them. The water tank is easy to fill and attach. The mop is also securely attached . It mops very well, leaving no streaks. Using the app, the robot vacuum has mapped out the floor plan; it responds brilliantly and follows its route. When wet mopping, it recognises carpets and avoids them , preventing them from getting wet. It empties the dust bin automatically, so you don't have to worry about emptying it yet. The Wi-Fi works perfectly . There's an audible alert if the robot gets lost. The battery charges quite quickly and long enough to clean the whole house.

A few things I like about this model, its map seems a little more precise, like blocking off sections of the house for my older model was so hard. The spot clean option is also great. I don't like that it doesn't go under my beds like the old one did. I don't know if it's sensors preventing it from going under the skirt or what, but I have to manually place it under there. The mopping aspect is a little cumbersome, plus I can't seem to find the cleaning solution anywhere, and it says not to use other brands in the instructions so I'm kind of putting that on pause for now. Battery life seems to be about the same as the older model which isn't bad. I'm really hoping I can get more than six years out of it, and it doesn't end up in some landfill like its grandfather did.

But first I want to mention the things that I really liked about it. It is quieter than most robot vacuums, and it mapped out my space beautifully, it was able to recognize furniture and rugs. What I didn't like about it as I feel that the vacuum could be way stronger than what it is and the clear part where you can see through cracked the first few days. I believe it is from hitting the walls and the furniture, and the clear plastic got all scratched up and broke. I feel like that part of the vacuum should be more durable, considering it's hitting walls and furniture. The maintenance on it is pretty easy and it maneuvers easily throughout the home. It also doesn't take up too much space. I have been using it daily for about 10 days now.

I like that it came with QR code that you can scan to get help with setting up. It just makes things much easier. The charging does not take very long, a few hours. I love that it's not too loud especially while it's cleaning. It picked up things I didn't even know where in the floor. The mopping is good. It doesn't get rid of stains completely, but I don't expect it to since it only goes over an area once. You can see that the floor is being mopped. You can see the wet streaks but it quickly dries. The app is also very easy to use and easy to map your house. It's very easy to maintain and dump all the debris as well. I love that it doesn't take up too much space.
