[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So innovative! I have had the shark robot vacuum for years and love it but this has completely changed the game. I am so excited about the ability to skip vacuuming my floor by hand. Saves so much time! #IWorkAtSharkNinja

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is so cute and so efficient! You can just schedule it to vaccuum and mop your floors when your at work and come home to a clean house. It even picks up big things like pet hair and food debris. I am always scared if I got one it would fall down the stairs but its able to navigate and stop itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy to have a new little helper at home! This robot vacuum is a great addition to my daily routine. First, I absolutely love that it can empty itself!! This makes my life so much easier, because it's always ready to run without me having to clean it first. Definitely my favorite feature. The app was also very easy to understand and set up. This robot created a surprisingly very accurate map of my home, and I really like how it's easy to control everything from the phone. Another thing I like is how quiet it is. I have another robot from different company for the second floor and it's so loud. This Shark is nowhere near as noisy, it makes a big difference when it's running while I am at home. It does a great job both vacuuming and mopping. Of course I still do a deeper cleaning from time to time, but in between this little guy does a great job keeping everything clean. It works great on both my hardwood and carpets. And of course design, it's sleek and stylish, and I think it really fits into my home. Overall, I'm really happy with it and love having my little helper around!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first robot vacuum, so I'm impressed by how it senses objects and works its way over obstacles. This was very easy to set up, the quick start guide was accurate and as comprehensive as needed. I was unsure the robot was docked right when I started, was expecting a “click,” or something, but had no reason to. Mapping was easy, the guide makes it seem like I have to map my whole house to add any missed rooms, I wish I could say “go explore here” on the app or something like that. The room that was missed has awkward doors, so it is not the robot's fault. My kitchen table and chairs are high enough for the robot to fit, I think the legs are dense enough that it thinks they are a wall, that is a little disappointing. Setting keep out zones by clicking a room and letting the robot find them is very convenient. However, I wish I could zoom in and point out an area on the map. It appears the keep out zone only applies to mopping, I'd like to add that to vacuuming too, but that may be asking for a lot. It'd be nice if I could leave the mop attachment on all the time. The robot would be thicker and heavier, but if it could raise and lower it, then you could leave it on. It's probably not worth the cost to do it. Emptying the reservoir is annoying, I messed around with it. I understand why it is that way, just with it was better. Watching the robot go over bumps in the floor was impressive and somehow exciting. Overall, would recommend. My critiques are the difference between a 4 and 5, or just my expectations while not knowing what to expect out of a robot vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Robot Vacuum does what it says. The setup is easy with the app. The app allows you to control the areas you want vacuumed and schedule your cleanings. Changing the pad for mopping is super easy as well. It's quiet (except for a quick self emptying noise) and gets around any new obstacles well. The suction power is strong and picks up pet hair. It transitions from carpet to floors without missing a beat. Overall, this robot vac is great and I'm very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Navigator 2-in-1 exceeds my expectations. It vacuums my hardfloors and it can do the carpets! I love that I can switch it up and mop my kitchen. My favorite thing about is is that I can clean my kitchen every night after cooking dinner and spend more time with my family instead of cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With four kids, my floors are basically never clean, so I love anything that can take one more job off my plate. I really like that this vacuums and mops at the same time, and the bagless self-empty base means I'm not constantly dealing with all the dirt and debris. Being able to run it while I'm getting ready, doing dishes, or handling everything else around the house is exactly what I want from a robot vacuum. I also really like that it maps out your home and navigates around furniture and obstacles on its own, so you can just let it run without constantly babysitting it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this about two weeks and it seems to be worse at completing a cleaning than when I first got it. It'll skip rooms and it'll take several minutes and attempts to dock. Where it cleans is great. It sucks up everything and it can drive over most obstacles including mats and small elevations. The mopping is pretty good and it can usually finish my floors in one fill up but not always. And I'm ok with that. It gets caught up on my rugs worse when it's mopping. It does pretty good when in vacuum mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vacuum works well! A few notes on instructions- the light is green (not blue) until the robot is docked. I also think it would have been helpful to know to connect to the app before it docked so that I can adjust the settings. The robot is very loud, and even after I turned volume down in settings, the loud noise it makes when it's docking and starting up felt a little jarring. I'm not entirely sure if the app/WiFi is completely necessary/is a benefit for this product or if it will function without it (and maybe the app complicates it). I also tried to turn it off, but it still has a blue light so I'm not sure how to get it to completely shut down. Could have also used instructions for how to remove and replace with mop piece as once I connected the vacuum portion, it felt really locked in place (maybe user error).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a great product, for the price point, they look classy, the mapping was pretty quick and want under the table and chair properly. Its fairly quick, noise is low. Cleaning mission was done great. And it comes in favorite color ( pink )!!!!
