[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With two kids, keeping the floors clean feels like a job that is never actually finished. Crumbs after breakfast, something mysterious under the dining table after dinner, muddy shoes... you clean it and somehow five minutes later it needs doing again. This has genuinely made a difference. The biggest thing for me isn't just that it vacuums, it's that I don't have to think about vacuuming nearly as much anymore. I can schedule it to clean, send it to specific rooms when the kids have made a mess, or just let it get on with the whole house. It maps the home and cleans in an organised pattern rather than seemingly wandering around hoping for the best. The vacuum and mop combination is brilliant for our hard floors too. Being able to vacuum and mop in the same run means one less job waiting for me at the end of the day. But weirdly, one of my favourite things is the self-empty base. When it finishes, it goes home and empties itself, and the base dust bin only needs emptying every so often. That's exactly the kind of boring little convenience you don't think you'll care about until you have it. Is owning a robot vacuum going to transform my life? Probably not. But coming downstairs in the morning to clean floors, or getting back some of my evening rather than dragging the vacuum around after the kids are in bed? That genuinely feels like a little win every single day. And as a busy dad, I'll happily take those wins. #IWorkForSharkNinja

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy assembly out of the box, love having that QR code to help guide me through the process. Mapping of our first-floor was impressively accurate. Cleaning power seemed plenty for our space which is a mix of area rugs and hardwood. Much quieter than I was expecting even when on rugs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my shark over the weekend and I really like it so far. Suction is good and the mapping was fast and worked well. The app is good too and it was nice to see the notifications if I forgot to shut a door with a step down. My only comment is it's a bit loud for such a small vacuum/mop. Never woke my kids though so not a real concern!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this robot vacuum so far! It was super easy for me to set up, even though I usually have a hard time getting any technology set up right. It both vacuums and mops thoroughly and efficiently. I haven't had any issues with it getting stuck in tight corners or getting caught on carpet corners like other robot vacuums I've tried. I really like that the base empties out the vacuum when it docks, so I don't have to empty it often. The app is pretty easy to use and program. Overall I'm very happy with the vacuum and think it is so worth the money to always have clean floors with no effort!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently got this vacuum and cannot recommend enough. We have had other robot vacuums in the past that constantly get stuck on furniture, the Navigator is able to easily maneuver without me constantly having to pick it up and redirect it. Also, we have a dog that sheds quite a bit, and the Navigator does an excellent job of getting all the dog hair. The mop feature is an added bonus as floors get dirty quickly with kids and a dog. It is able to handle everyday messes as well as big messes. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to keep their floors clean with minimal effort!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did the demo at an event in NYC! Such a cool combo device, and we definitely need a multifunctional vacuum for my little nyc apartment with limited space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can see the vacuum navigate around from my phone and it vacuums and mops at the same time!
