[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum and mop itself seems very good. The initial mapping run of my place was a lot better and quicker than I expected. I think the updated LIDAR sensor contributed to that. Unlike my old robot vacuum, it didn't have to trace around the wall the entire time to get the measurements. My old one was continually hitting the wall at it goes for the mapping run. So this new sensor seemed like a great improvement. And while mopping (after the initial mapping run), it automatically stayed away from the carpeted areas to avoid getting them wet. The only inconvenience is that if you want to mop, you need to fill up the vacuum/mop with water or solution, and then manually add the mopping pad to the bottom of the vacuum. And when it's done cleaning, you need to remove the pad in order to vacuum (otherwise it will never be able to vacuum any carpet), and it is probably best to empty the water/solution from the vacuum (though maybe emptying the water reservoir is optional). If this part of not having to add/remove the mopping pad each time could be automated, I would have given it 5 stars. They do make the mopping pad attaching and removal very simple, but it's still a manual step that's required each time. It will probably decrease my desired mopping usage from 1x per week to 1x every other week (or maybe 1x per month). Other than that minor inconvenience, great product!

We have had other robot vacuums in the past that constantly get stuck on furniture, the Navigator is able to easily maneuver without me constantly having to pick it up and redirect it. Also, we have a dog that sheds quite a bit, and the Navigator does an excellent job of getting all the dog hair. The mop feature is an added bonus as floors get dirty quickly with kids and a dog. It is able to handle everyday messes as well as big messes. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to keep their floors clean with minimal effort!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this vacuum to clean my apartment and the navigation is incredible. It was so fast to map out and then clean the space. The mopping is a really nice and easy to switch between. The app is very user friendly and I love the ability to have the robot clean one specific room or spot cleaning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product! It did an excellent job vacuuming and mopping my floors! It was super easy to set up and if I had trouble with it, the AI feature in the app was super helpful. Definitely a fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this over the weekend and it's our second Shark robot vacuum in the house. Absolutely in love with it it is the perfect helper for just getting up dog hair and crumbs and debris that tracks in from outside which makes the laundry room look very very messy but isn't worth really cleaning everyday. Are dogs are afraid of it, but our dogs are also the main reason we needed it so I think that all comes out in the wash. It was easily able to navigate the fairly cluttered room it's in Without getting tangled up or stuck. It did have some trouble going over a rogue piece of clothing that was on the ground But that sort of issue is to be expected and is more of a user error than anything else .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really gave this robot some time to learn and see overall performance and how will it manage my busy household. Setup was pretty easy, I put it together fairly quickly, very easy directions and there isn't much work, especially if you had a robot before and kind of already know what goes where anyway. App has an easy directions on how to connect and what to do, so it's just really nice because you follow steps on the screen and it's 1,2,3 done. Please note that you do need 2.4 WiFi, if you have combination WiFi you will need to split bands and it's very easy to do on app for your provider under WiFi settings. Another thing to note, once robot starts charging it will display error by the battery for awhile and you won't see that charge going up but give it time to charge initially, after about an hour app syncs in with your new robot and it will show charging and what % it is at. Initial mapping of floors is 2 rounds, first it's just goes to get to know the area, 2nd round it will go to detect where you rugs are so it won't mop it on mopping cycle. It is pretty smart, don't skip those mapping rounds, they don't take long plus robot definitely gets to know your area better. What I love about this robot: how perfect mopping is, it's truly covets everything without leaving anything behind, mop is fully wet without dry stripes plus it's typically does the edges first and then does the big area. Love the fact that it's quieter than my previous robot, but it also talks and lets me know what it's exactly doing so that's a big plus. Quick spot cleaning is wonderful option, I have little kids and quick mess clean up is awesome. Also big plus is that I don't have to purchase trash bags for it, just dump the bin once it's gets full so it's cost effective. As far as solution for mop I did purchase shark specific solution that works for robot, got big bottle and it will last me awhile plus it smells amazing and safe to use on this vacuum. Wishful thinking: I wish this vacuum did the dry vacuuming and wet mopping at the same time, I would love my rugs being done at the same time, but since they smaller rugs it's not a deal breaker for me. Having set time for vacuum where it would go in the schedule would also be beneficial however I just started it after dinner so again it's not a big deal for me. Last but one more thing, I also wich I didn't have to remove the mopping pad for it to do just the vacuum cycle, however 99% of the time I need it to mop so it's not that big of a deal. Overall it's perfect for keeping up with our messes, we family of 4 with 2 little kids and it's been great for us. Very user friendly and we named him Oreo McClean, well kids named him and I think it's cute! Worth it for busy household, most definitely happy with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this 2 in 1 vacuum robot. It is so convenient and user friendly. I cleans the entire house perfectly. It doesn't make much noise. It is small but powerful. The battery lasts long too. It is very easy to clean too. Great product if you have busy schedule and don't have much time to clean by yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few days back and am so happy that I did. The Shark Navigator 2-in-1 vacuuming and mopping system has completely streamlined my cleaning routine. The powerful suction easily picks up debris, while the simultaneous vac and mop action targets stubborn stains on hard floors brilliantly. I also love the convenience of the bagless self-empty base and the intelligent whole-home coverage that makes navigation a breeze. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to automate their floors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this can mop and spot clean while vacuuming. We have pets and toddlers so thats a lot going on, on the ground level and it takes one more thing off my plate. It was easy to set up. I had bought another brand in the past and never used it because I couldn't set it up. The base is also another feature that was an upgrade for me. Would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really impressed with this robot vacuum so far. The setup was surprisingly easy and the Shark app walked me through everything without any confusion. The mapping worked really well too, it created an accurate map of my home and made it easy to set up rooms and no-go zones. The no-go zones in particular were very easy to create and have worked exactly as I wanted. The app is also very straightforward. I like being able to see the map, choose where I want it to clean, and manage everything from my phone without having to mess with the vacuum itself. Most importantly, the actual cleaning performance has been great. It picks up a lot more dirt and debris than I expected, and my floors noticeably look and feel cleaner after it runs. Having the vacuum and mop functions in one machine is also really convenient. Overall, this has been a great addition to my cleaning routine. The combination of easy setup, good mapping, a simple app, and genuinely impressive vacuuming makes it feel like a product I'll actually use regularly.
