[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the vacuum, it doesn't take up much space and its really convenient. It helps me keep the designated areas clean worry free. It saves me time and its efficient. The setup process with the vacuum and the app was easy and quick. Once paired it was seamless to start mapping and get starting vacuuming and mopping. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because most products aren't perfect and thats a perfect score. The only issue I had was when it goes from hard floors to carpet in different rooms it has left behind some debris. This isnt a problem for me as I use the spot clean and get it right up. So it solves its own problem just requires an extra step.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with this robot!! We have 2 golden retrievers so robot vacs don't usually work well for us. It's just too much fur for previous models I've tried. But this Shark 2 in 1 was totally up to the task!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good vacuum robot easy to set up. I am still a little understanding how this will work in terms of mapping and stuff but looks like the suction is good quality and the mopping plate is also good. The self cleaner is a very good utility.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm blown away by my new Shark 2 in 1 vacuum/mop combo. It's all controlled through the app, which makes it incredibly easy to schedule and manage. I can set it to vacuum one day and mop the next depending what the house needs. The navigation is seriously impressive. It mapped out my kitchen and covered every single inch, no missed patches or random skipped spots like I've seen with other robot vacuums. It moved around chair legs, the island, and tight corners without getting stuck or leaving anything behind. The cleaning power is what really sold me. It picked up dirt and debris that my regular upright vacuum completely missed. It even got close enough to the stools at my kitchen island to pull hair off the felt pads on the chair legs — something I didn't even think to check for! My favorite feature is the self-emptying base. When it's done, it heads back to the charging station and empties itself out, always ready for the next cleaning session. If you're on the fence about a robot vacuum/mop combo, this one is worth it. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with this vacuum - The app works well, no lag or glitches, so checking on it or changing settings is simple. I also love the color; it actually looks nice sitting out instead of looking like a typical vacuum. It cleans well too, picks up dirt and debris without needing to go over the same spot twice. Good mix of style and function, and it's made cleaning a lot less annoying. Would recommend if you want something that works well and looks good doing i!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon first impressions, the set up was incredibly simple. It took less than five minutes to get everything started! I let it charge completely and then had it map my house. It was so nice laying down while my house was being vacuumed! I could see the lines in my carpet and it was so satisfying. I have pets and it had no issues getting their hair off the carpets/ground. I love that it's self emptying, so I just have to empty the whole thing once a month or so. This is a game changer for the cleanliness of my home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a very cool vacuum, not really loud, does well naviagating through surfaces, cleans pretty good picking up most of the materials, goes faster with carpets, overall a very good performance. Edges and stuff is a bit of a pain point, nevertheless it really is not that bad considering the fact that it struggles with edges in general. Its also a very good app and UI/UX that makes the user experience fun and cool. Very cute aswell, #IWorkForSharkNinja

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The directions to use the product were very clear and the product itself was very user friendly. I like the dual function and the high quality of the vaccuum to pick up small and medium sized debris on the ground. I would definetely recommend this product to a friend for a robot vaccuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unboxed and set up my Shark Navigator this past weekend and gave it a few test runs around the first floor of my house. Setup was easy and straightforward, and the in-box materials proved sufficient on their own, though the links for how-to videos were appreciated. Coming from an older robot vacuum I've had for a few years now, the difference in suction was immediately apparent, with the Navigator picking up things like cat kibble the older vacuum could sometimes struggle with. It also seemed to be far more up to the task of handling area rugs, picking up cat hair my old vacuum often couldn't get. The docking base is also a big step up from my older vacuum, and I'm already appreciating the self-emptying feature every time the vacuum docks when it's finished. With my old vacuum, the app felt like a necessary annoyance, as it was the only way to control features like the suction volume, but the Shark app for the Navigator impressed me with how much functionality it had to define and edit rooms on the house map. The house map itself also surprised me, with the mapping run picking up on areas and boundaries that the robot couldn't even reach, like a front door landing. Mopping is also made easy after defining which rooms contain rugs and letting the device detect and add them to the house map. I've only done a short test run with plain water in the mop, but switching over to the mop pad plate was simple and I look forward to letting it tackle the whole first floor soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The navigation and object detection are very good, it was very efficient at navigating close spaces and mapping them in the application. I like the way you can use the find feature to hear for the robot vacuum, most helpful in houses with a lot of room. I like how long it would last without me needing to intervene. I also really enjoyed the color as it adds personality! #IWorkForSharkNinja
