[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark 2 in 1 vacuum and mopping Navigator is a perfect size good for houses or apartments with multiple flooring. It is extremely easy to setup and connect to WiFi. You can use the app to tell your device what to do and when, even if you're not at home through the app. It is pretty quiet when in use. I can hear it more when it returns to dock to empty but it's not too loud. It maps out the floor plan accurately. It cleans well and is good at maneuvering in small crevices and corners. The suction pulls up dirt from the floor thoroughly leaving nice clean floors.

It was super easy for me to set up, even though I usually have a hard time getting any technology set up right. It both vacuums and mops thoroughly and efficiently. I haven't had any issues with it getting stuck in tight corners or getting caught on carpet corners like other robot vacuums I've tried. I really like that the base empties out the vacuum when it docks, so I don't have to empty it often. The app is pretty easy to use and program. Overall I'm very happy with the vacuum and think it is so worth the money to always have clean floors with no effort!

One of my favorite features is that it automatically recognizes whether it's cleaning hardwood floors or carpet and adjusts accordingly. And it doesn't just vacuum — it mops too! 🙌 But the feature that really makes life easier? It self-empties! No constantly stopping to empty the vacuum after cleaning. Between the smart floor recognition, vacuuming, mopping, and self-emptying, this thing basically does the work for you. It's been a great addition to our home, and we would definitely recommend it! 🦈🧹

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The robot is able to get all the areas accurately even with furniture being moved around. The battery life is also really good, suction is strong enough. Smaller corners are harder to get to, but turning on the highest setting helps a bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a robot vacuum. So when the opportunity came, it made me so happy. The setup process was easy. It took less than 5 minutes. The manual is easy to understand it all. The performance of the robot vacuum works well. It works very well on a hardwood floors around my condo. The maintenance is quite easy. I love thatit has a place to filter the debris and dust. I'm glad it has different modes of suction when it comes to different surfaces. I typically use the max just because I want to make sure my place is fully cleaned. I enjoy that it has both sweeping & mopping capability. The battery life is okay, I wish it was better. It uses a lot of battery usage for one whole routine whether it's mopping or sweeping. Typically the end of the routine it's already down to 60% or 50%. Though it charges pretty fast. Overall I'm very satisfied with it.

First, I absolutely love that it can empty itself!! This makes my life so much easier, because it's always ready to run without me having to clean it first. Definitely my favorite feature. The app was also very easy to understand and set up. This robot created a surprisingly very accurate map of my home, and I really like how it's easy to control everything from the phone. Another thing I like is how quiet it is. I have another robot from different company for the second floor and it's so loud. This Shark is nowhere near as noisy, it makes a big difference when it's running while I am at home. It does a great job both vacuuming and mopping. Of course I still do a deeper cleaning from time to time, but in between this little guy does a great job keeping everything clean. It works great on both my hardwood and carpets. And of course design, it's sleek and stylish, and I think it really fits into my home. Overall, I'm really happy with it and love having my little helper around!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't realize my floor was so dirty, after initial mapping, the robot rattled around gathering debris, I feel that the suction was relatively good. I used the mopping feature with cold water and no added cleaning solution - it was ok - maybe warm water (if allowed?) along with a cleaning solution would make it even better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really gave this robot some time to learn and see overall performance and how will it manage my busy household. Setup was pretty easy, I put it together fairly quickly, very easy directions and there isn't much work, especially if you had a robot before and kind of already know what goes where anyway. App has an easy directions on how to connect and what to do, so it's just really nice because you follow steps on the screen and it's 1,2,3 done. Please note that you do need 2.4 WiFi, if you have combination WiFi you will need to split bands and it's very easy to do on app for your provider under WiFi settings. Another thing to note, once robot starts charging it will display error by the battery for awhile and you won't see that charge going up but give it time to charge initially, after about an hour app syncs in with your new robot and it will show charging and what % it is at. Initial mapping of floors is 2 rounds, first it's just goes to get to know the area, 2nd round it will go to detect where you rugs are so it won't mop it on mopping cycle. It is pretty smart, don't skip those mapping rounds, they don't take long plus robot definitely gets to know your area better. What I love about this robot: how perfect mopping is, it's truly covets everything without leaving anything behind, mop is fully wet without dry stripes plus it's typically does the edges first and then does the big area. Love the fact that it's quieter than my previous robot, but it also talks and lets me know what it's exactly doing so that's a big plus. Quick spot cleaning is wonderful option, I have little kids and quick mess clean up is awesome. Also big plus is that I don't have to purchase trash bags for it, just dump the bin once it's gets full so it's cost effective. As far as solution for mop I did purchase shark specific solution that works for robot, got big bottle and it will last me awhile plus it smells amazing and safe to use on this vacuum. Wishful thinking: I wish this vacuum did the dry vacuuming and wet mopping at the same time, I would love my rugs being done at the same time, but since they smaller rugs it's not a deal breaker for me. Having set time for vacuum where it would go in the schedule would also be beneficial however I just started it after dinner so again it's not a big deal for me. Last but one more thing, I also wich I didn't have to remove the mopping pad for it to do just the vacuum cycle, however 99% of the time I need it to mop so it's not that big of a deal. Overall it's perfect for keeping up with our messes, we family of 4 with 2 little kids and it's been great for us. Very user friendly and we named him Oreo McClean, well kids named him and I think it's cute! Worth it for busy household, most definitely happy with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a previous generation robot in my home currently and this is definitely an upgrade. Visually, I really like the new design, colors, and dock. It appears the robot did a much better job at detecting and maneuvering around obstacles rather than running directly into them and redirecting. However, it looked like the robot did not get as close to the wall as I would have liked. There were a couple inches between the unit and the wall and while it looked like the arm came close to the wall, there could still be missed dust/debris if it maintained that distance. I didn't get a chance to see the feature in use but having the robot detect carpet vs hardwood and adjust cleaning accordingly is a great addition. My wife's biggest complaint with our current model is that it does not do a good enough job on carpet, so I appreciated that there was an option for additional suction on carpets.
