[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this two days ago and set it up to map the place. It turned out great! It successfully mapped the carpet as well and it made sure not to mop on the carpet, which is really good. I love the self-empting bin; it's a great feature. It did an amazing job cleaning the apartment, I can actually see and feel how clean it is. The only downside is a minor scheduling issue. It was almost nighttime when it ran out of battery, so it went back to dock. However, it said it would resume cleaning as soon as it finished charging, which would have been in the middle of the night. I couldn't find a way to adjust this setting to prevent nighttime cleaning, so I had to shut the vacuum down completely. Other than that, everything else so far has been pretty good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't realize my floor was so dirty, after initial mapping, the robot rattled around gathering debris, I feel that the suction was relatively good. I used the mopping feature with cold water and no added cleaning solution - it was ok - maybe warm water (if allowed?) along with a cleaning solution would make it even better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum/mop! So easy to use and it interfaces with my Alexa for even more convenience! This is my second shark vacuum. I moved my older one upstairs where it's all carpet so I could use the mop feature on all my tile floors. It's amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Navigator 2-in-1 has made keeping my floors clean so much easier. Since it vacuums and mops, I no longer have to worry about sweeping or mopping myself. The suction is strong and picks up dust, crumbs and everyday debris, so my floors stay noticeably cleaner. The mopping feature is a great bonus. It wipes the floors after vacuuming and leaves them looking fresh. Navigation is smooth: it moves around the house and gets the job done without me watching it. As for ergonomics, it's simple to set up and easy to use. The mobile app makes operating it even easier, since I can start a clean and control it right from my phone. It has saved me a lot of time and effort, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants clean floors without the hassle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last week, and set it up immediately. Overly impressed, with how quickly the robot was able to map out our house. It didn't look like it was working, but once it went back to its docking station, we had a perfect map of our floor plan available on the app. Crazy! Our house cleaner had come the day prior, and I still can't believe how much debris the robot picked up. 5/5. Incredibly impressed with this item. #housecleanerfired

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the robot vacuum. It does well moving from room to room vacuuming and mopping. The suction is strong and does a good job picking up debris and pet hair. The self cleaning brush is a nice feature. It does a nice job avoiding obstacles with the bumper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older home. I found this shark works great on both my floors and my carpets. My floors and carpets have never been cleaner. I could not be more happier with the product. The best part of all it is it self empties. My old one never did that. I would highly recommend this product to everyone I know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this because our son keeps dropping off his hairy golden retriever and the vacuuming became too much. i can't believe what a great job the robot is doing. Love the feature that it empties itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is two and a half and we have a dog, so between the two of them the floors downstairs never stay clean for long. It is mostly hardwood with a tile kitchen. Setup took almost nothing. Out of the box, through the app, and running. The part that actually changed my routine is that it vacuums and mops all of it, hardwood and tile, in one run and on its own. I start it and it handles the whole downstairs which is all hard floors, picked up and washed in a single pass. The practical version of that is this: I run it in the evening and come down in the morning to floors that have actually been washed, not just pushed around. At two and a half my daughter is on the floor constantly, hands and knees, putting whatever she finds straight in her mouth. I stopped thinking about it, which is the whole reason to buy one of these. #iworkforsharkninja
