[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With two kids, keeping the floors clean feels like a job that is never actually finished. Crumbs after breakfast, something mysterious under the dining table after dinner, muddy shoes... you clean it and somehow five minutes later it needs doing again. This has genuinely made a difference. The biggest thing for me isn't just that it vacuums, it's that I don't have to think about vacuuming nearly as much anymore. I can schedule it to clean, send it to specific rooms when the kids have made a mess, or just let it get on with the whole house. It maps the home and cleans in an organised pattern rather than seemingly wandering around hoping for the best. The vacuum and mop combination is brilliant for our hard floors too. Being able to vacuum and mop in the same run means one less job waiting for me at the end of the day. But weirdly, one of my favourite things is the self-empty base. When it finishes, it goes home and empties itself, and the base dust bin only needs emptying every so often. That's exactly the kind of boring little convenience you don't think you'll care about until you have it. Is owning a robot vacuum going to transform my life? Probably not. But coming downstairs in the morning to clean floors, or getting back some of my evening rather than dragging the vacuum around after the kids are in bed? That genuinely feels like a little win every single day. And as a busy dad, I'll happily take those wins. #IWorkForSharkNinja

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum/mop! So easy to use and it interfaces with my Alexa for even more convenience! This is my second shark vacuum. I moved my older one upstairs where it's all carpet so I could use the mop feature on all my tile floors. It's amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was really easy to unpack and assemble, clear instructions. I had some trouble pairing it to WiFi initially but think that was user error. It charged up quickly initially. Initial mapping was also successful. Robot had no trouble getting over door jamb and carpet with tasseled edges. Did a good job vacuuming, didn't mop over my carpets either. Great product. I thought the robot voice was really loud initially, but was easily able to find where to adjust the volume on the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used robot vacuums before, but this one truly stands out. Not only does it vacuum and mop, but it's packed with smart tech that takes the experience to another level. It automatically detects different floor types, recognizes when the mop attachment is installed, and even self cleans! The app integration is also impressive. You can map and learn rooms, create no-go zones, and direct the robot to clean specific areas with ease. The performance, convenience, and intelligent features make this a fantastic innovation. Plus, it comes in some great color options that look sleek in any home! #iworkatsharkninja

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Navigator 2-in-1 exceeds my expectations. It vacuums my hardfloors and it can do the carpets! I love that I can switch it up and mop my kitchen. My favorite thing about is is that I can clean my kitchen every night after cooking dinner and spend more time with my family instead of cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although initial set up was a little difficult and I had to enlist the help of my husband, after set up, I have found the robot vac to be far superior to what I had been using. It really picks up dog hair very well and is pretty thorough in its cleaning. Scheduling daily clean up has been so helpful in keeping the dog hair at bay and I am very happy with the robot vac.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The robot did a great job navigating around the house and cleaned really well, we even put some crumbs around to visually test and it cleaned them all. The only issue I found is that when it straddled our area rug around the edge of the hardwood it didn't pick up the debris and only pushed it toward the rug as the unit was not flat on either surface. Also It had a hard time finding its docking station when it was in the same room. Not sure if it was having trouble with the WiFi signal because of the docking station location, but we'll try moving it. Overall a great product and looking fwd to trying the mopping attachment and setting zone boundaries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really impressed with this robot vacuum so far. The setup was surprisingly easy and the Shark app walked me through everything without any confusion. The mapping worked really well too, it created an accurate map of my home and made it easy to set up rooms and no-go zones. The no-go zones in particular were very easy to create and have worked exactly as I wanted. The app is also very straightforward. I like being able to see the map, choose where I want it to clean, and manage everything from my phone without having to mess with the vacuum itself. Most importantly, the actual cleaning performance has been great. It picks up a lot more dirt and debris than I expected, and my floors noticeably look and feel cleaner after it runs. Having the vacuum and mop functions in one machine is also really convenient. Overall, this has been a great addition to my cleaning routine. The combination of easy setup, good mapping, a simple app, and genuinely impressive vacuuming makes it feel like a product I'll actually use regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I genuinely love this robot vacuum and mop . It has made keeping my floors clean so much easier, especially on busy days. The suction is strong, it navigates around the house really well, and I love that it can vacuum and mop in one system. It saves me so much time and still leaves the floors looking fresh and clean. The design also feels very modern and convenient, and maintenance is simple. This is one of those products that quickly became part of my everyday routine, and I would absolutely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Between two pets, keeping up with our hardwood and carpeted floors was a daily chore. This robot gets every last crumb off the hardwood and pulls hair and fur up from the carpet without fail. My favorite part is the mopping - it takes care of the dirt tracked in on rainy New England days, plus the everyday stains and messes I'd otherwise be cleaning up myself. I love how much of the daily upkeep it just handles in my apartment! #IWorkAtSharkNinja
