LOVE this bed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this toddler bed, and so does our little one. The design is simple, modern, and perfectly sized for a toddler, which made the transition from a crib feel exciting and comfortable rather than overwhelming. Our son immediately took to it and was so proud to have his own bed that he could get in and out of independently. The quality really stands out. The materials feel solid and well made, and the bed is extremely sturdy once assembled. I especially appreciate the non-toxic finish, which gave us peace of mind knowing it's safe for a curious toddler who touches everything. It feels thoughtfully designed with both safety and durability in mind. Assembly was quick and easy. The instructions were clear, all the pieces fit together perfectly, and it didn't require any extra tools or frustration. It was set up in no time. What really sold us, though, has been the change in sleep. Our toddler never slept well in his crib and would often wake up in the middle of the night needing help to fall back asleep. Since switching to this floor bed about a week ago, he's been sleeping through the night with little to no assistance. We truly believe the independence of the floor bed (being able to move freely and feel in control of his space) has made a huge difference. This bed has been a game changer for our family. It looks great, feels safe and sturdy, was easy to assemble, and most importantly, it's helped our toddler sleep better than ever. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend it to other parents. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing us with this toddler bed!
A hit with my toddler
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Little Seeds Trellis Toddler Bed has been such a hit at our house. From building it to sleeping in it to playing in it, my toddler has been a huge fan every step of the way. She even shows it off to every person who walks in the house. For my part, I love how simple and sturdy it is and how it sparks her creativity. This toddler bed frame is made of wood with a non-toxic coating, which I appreciate especially since my daughter is sleeping in it. It seems to be very sturdy and well made. It comes with the option to have the toddler bed with a trellis over it, or to have the little house frame separately from the bed frame. I appreciate this option, especially since it's been such a hit to play in. I can imagine at some point taking the pieces apart and putting the trellis part in our playroom. Assembly was very easy. My three year old helped, which was a great experience for us and I think shows just how simple assembly was. Of course I read the directions and tightened the bolts; but she was able to screw in the bolts on her own which made the bed even more exciting. The directions are straight forward and truly only an Allen wrench was needed. I just wish there were a few extra parts included. The only issue I've had is that our flooring is wood and it tends to skid across it if pushed. Of course when my daughter is lying on the mattress, it's not a problem. But I wish there was some sort of surface with traction on the bottom of the frame. That would make me feel a little better about both the bed frame holding up and the floor not getting scratched up. My daughter has loved sleeping in the bed. However, my favorite part, and what I've noticed most since we put it together, is that it has encouraged a massive amount of creative play. It has been a doctor's office, a school, a coffee shop, a car, the Banks's house from Mary Poppins… she has spent so much time in and around the bed, just pretending. This is exactly what I want to encourage in her at this stage and I am so glad that something as simple as her bed frame can support this. It's something I wish I would have thought of earlier, but am grateful to be able to provide her with now. Overall, the Little Seeds Trellis Toddler Bed is an excellent choice for any toddler. It's easy to put together, provides a Montessori bed experience for kids to sleep in, and encourages creativity. I'm endlessly grateful to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing us with such an excellent toddler bed.
Super charming Montessori toddler bed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My toddler absolutely loves the Little Seeds Trellis Toddler Bed! The design is adorable and thoughtfully made with little ones in mind. Assembly was straightforward and easy, and I really appreciate the non-toxic coating which gave me peace of mind knowing it's safe for my child. I also love that it came with a conversion option from the triangle trellis frame to a Montessori-style floor bed frame, which adds great versatility as your child grows. One of my favorite features is the trellis-style triangle shape. We were able to hang lightweight draperies over the top, creating a cozy, playful space that my toddler loves climbing into with her favorite toys and books. Best of all, the bed sits low to the ground, which makes it incredibly easy for her to get in and out of independently. Eventually, I would love to add lights to the frame to make bedtime stories extra magical! It's the perfect blend of function, safety, and charm. I would highly recommend this bed to anyone looking to make the toddler bed transition both smooth and exciting! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this toddler bed.
Adorable Montessori Style Floor Bed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disclosure: I received the Little Seeds Trellis Toddler Bed from Stellar at no cost in exchange for my honest review. The Little Seeds Trellis Toddler Bed is an adorable floor-bed option that really shines when it comes to encouraging toddler independence and imaginative play. The open, house-style design makes it easy for little ones to climb in and out on their own, and it's perfect for draping a blanket over the top to create a cozy “fort” that helps imagination come to life. Assembly & Packaging: From opening the box to completion, assembly took about an hour. One tip I'd strongly recommend is laying all the boards out in alphabetical order before starting—this makes the process much smoother. The blister pack for the bolts and hardware was a nice touch and kept everything organized. There are a few areas where the instructions could be improved. One step is repeated twice but shown only with pictures; having written instructions there would have made the process clearer, as it felt a bit convoluted. I'd also suggest skipping the included Allen wrench—using a power tool saved a significant amount of time. Build Quality: While the bed is very cute, it is on the flimsy side. The dowel pins don't fit snugly and tend to fall right in rather than holding firmly, which affects the overall sturdiness. This bed is best suited for calm, gentle toddlers and will not hold up well to rough or highly active children. If your kids like to climb, hang from bars, or treat furniture like a jungle gym, this bed likely won't last long. Functionality & Transition: I love that this is a true floor bed, as it supports independence for toddlers. It's also great for open play, and I appreciate that the bed can be separated from the trellis portion (though we haven't tried that feature yet). It's also worth noting that this is my toddler's first experience in a toddler bed—they were previously sleeping in a crib—so there has been an adjustment period. They enjoy playing in the bed during the day, and we've successfully accomplished two naps in it so far. At this point, they're still refusing to sleep in it overnight, but that seems more related to the crib-to-bed transition than the bed itself. Final Thoughts: If you have a calm, sweet 2-year-old, this bed can be a charming and imaginative addition to their room. If you have an active 4-year-old who thinks they're part Superman, this likely isn't the best fit. It's cute and functional for the right child, but best suited for kids who play gently. Best for: Calm toddlers, imaginative play, Montessori-style rooms Not ideal for: Very active or rough-and-tumble children
Whimsical Toddler Bed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We transitioned our toddler to the Little Seeds Trellis Toddler Bed and couldn't be happier with how it's worked out for our family. The design is absolutely adorable! The trellis/A-frame style gives it such a sweet, whimsical look that feels more like a cozy playhouse than just a bed. Our toddler was immediately excited about it and now happily climbs in on their own at bedtime. The bed feels solid and well-constructed. The wood is smooth, sturdy, and holds up well to daily use, including climbing in and out. We really appreciated the non-toxic coating! Knowing the finishes are safe gave us extra peace of mind, especially since little hands are always touching every surface. Assembly was straightforward. The instructions were clear, all parts were included, and everything lined up as expected. It took some time but nothing complicated, and it felt stable and secure once fully put together. Overall, this is a thoughtfully designed toddler bed that looks great, feels safe, and is genuinely loved by our little one. We're very happy with it and would recommend it to other parents looking for a stylish and child-friendly transition bed. Perfect Toddler Bed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this toddler bed. This bed is perfect - it's very cute and very well made! I assembled this bed for my 2 year old, who is my 6th child, so I've assembled quite a few pieces of furniture during my time as a parent. The first thing that stood out when opening the box is that there were ZERO scratches or blemishes on any of the wooden pieces - that is so rare! I also loved how no additional tools were needed. Only the provided allen wrench was needed for assembly. Furniture assembly is something I sometimes struggle with - instructions are often confusing for me or don't match my learning style. These instructions were so clear and easy to follow and the steps to assemble the bed were not complicated at all. It was a very simple construction process. The bed feels very sturdy, our toddler mattress fits snugly inside the frame, and it is so visually appealing. I have 4 girls and they have had such a fun time having “reading parties” snuggled up together in the bed. It feels extra cozy to have the “roof” overtop and I also like that it allows the mattress to sit directly on the floor. This bed is perfect. I have no negative feedback at all. Thank you for making it so cute and easy to assemble!
Cutest Little Seeds Toddler Trellis Bed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We initially planned to use this toddler bed to transition our child out of the crib, and while it worked well size-wise (since it uses the same mattress size as a crib), we ultimately decided not to make the full sleep transition with it. Instead, we repurposed it as a cozy playhouse space where our toddler can read, relax, and play during the day. From a design standpoint, the bed has a simple, neutral look and sits low to the ground, which made it easy for our child to get in and out independently. The familiar mattress size helped make it feel comfortable and inviting, even when used as a play space. In terms of construction and materials, there are a few areas that could be improved. The mattress sits directly on the ground rather than on a raised frame or slats, which wasn't ideal for our needs. The frame also has some side-to-side sway and doesn't feel as sturdy as we would prefer for a primary sleeping bed. Additionally, some of the hardware, such as bolts, remains exposed, and covering these would improve both safety and overall appearance. Assembly itself was straightforward, with clear instructions and no special tools required. While we chose not to use it as a full-time bed, it has worked nicely as a low, accessible space for reading and quiet time, and our toddler enjoys having it as a dedicated spot of their own. I received this toddler bed through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I appreciate the opportunity to share honest feedback based on our experience.
Cute and Fun toddler bed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this bed free from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Thanks Stellar! On the assembly: It was a bit confusing, even for me, and I am fairly good at assembling things. I had to take some of it apart and redo it because I got it wrong the first time. It took me about an hour to get it all put together. And just make sure you don't lose any bolts or pegs or anything, because there aren't any spare parts. I would say overall the assembly wasn't too bad, and everything is very well labeled. On the bed: I do really like this bed, but more importantly, my children have been having a blast with it. I have 5 (almost 6) children ages 9 and under, so most of them fit in the bed and have been taking turns sleeping in it. They have so much fun covering it in blankets to make it into a tent, and I even found a garland decking it out one day. It seems to be fairly well made. I had children climbing on it and it held up to that. It's been getting lots of playtime by day and sleep time by night. :) I do really like the fact that it's non toxic. I don't think I'm the only one who's children put their mouths on everything, so it's good to know it's safe. This bed is also very cute, and doesn't take up too much space. Which of course is a win win! Overall I really like this bed!
Cute toddler bed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the Stellar Product Testing Panel reached out to me about trying this toddler bed, I was very relieved. My 2-year-old started climbing out of her crib, and we needed to make the transition. I was looking for a bed that fit her whimsical vibe, was low to the ground, and fit her crib mattress (because that baby was expensive!). I put the bed together myself, and the assembly was really straight forward and easy. All the screws are the same size (no “size G” or “size I” screws), and all the holes were in the right spots (if you know, you know). The materials feel pretty sturdy, and I feel pleased with the quality. The bed has two modes—playhouse mode and Montessori mode, and we went with the playhouse mode because it has the cute little roof on top. I will say, the only downside to me is that the screws are very visible. I don't think that would bother most people, though. Also, the bed is pretty lightweight despite feeling durable, but if your toddler is one to move furniture around, I'd probably look for something heavier. As soon as I finished putting the bed together, my two kids immediately went inside. My daughter kept saying “LouLou's house!” (her name is Louise). I can't say she stays in the bed all night, but she definitely loves it!
Made transitioning to a toddler bed a dream
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using the Little Seeds Trellis Toddler Bed in white for about two weeks now, and it's already become a cozy staple in our son's room. The farmhouse-style design is charming and really pulls the space together. It's clean, classic, and doesn't scream “toddler furniture” the way some others do. This was our son's first big transition out of the crib, and honestly, we were expecting a few hiccups. But after just a couple of days, he got the hang of it and settled right in. Now he climbs in and out on his own with ease, which he absolutely loves. The low profile is perfect for that extra bit of independence without any safety concerns. Putting the bed together was surprisingly simple. Everything lined up well, and the instructions were straightforward. We've assembled our fair share of baby and toddler gear, and this one was a breath of fresh air. Once it was set up, we were both impressed with how good it looked in the room. It's sturdy too—no wobbling or creaking. There really haven't been any downsides. No design flaws, no frustrating quirks, nothing we'd change. This is the first toddler bed we've tried, and at this point, we don't see any reason to look elsewhere. The overall look and build quality exceeded our expectations. We'd absolutely recommend this bed to other parents, especially if you want something that feels both functional and thoughtfully designed. It's a solid 5 out of 5 from us. We appreciate stellar reviews and the product testing team for this amazing bed and making the transition from a crib to a toddler bed an absolute dream!
