Not sure where some of these reviews are coming from. I bought the Creami Deluxe a little over a month ago and it has been absolutely amazing. My favorite ice cream to make was strawberry, but now it's something I call “Very Berry,” which has strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. It comes out amazing with the recipe for strawberry ice cream included slightly tweaked. I've also been able to make Pineapple sorbet (more like Italian ice because I used lower sugar), vanilla, mango ice cream, and will be making chocolate soon. People have tried the ice cream and it is so creamy that it reminds them of an Italian gelato or sorbet. The machine is easy to use and clean. While it does need to be unplugged after use or you can't turn it on after a period of time, it specifically says in the manual to unplug it after each use so not a big deal. Overall, have been eating homemade ice cream at least a few times a week and loving it!

I've been using my new Ninja Creami XL for a while now and it's honestly been even better than I hoped. I figured I'd use it here and there, but it's turned into something I reach for a lot because it makes frozen desserts at home really easy. What I like is how much you can mess with it and still get good results. I've been doing coffee based mixes, fruit blends, and some lighter sherbet style stuff. It's pretty forgiving too. If it's still too firm, a quick respin brings it right back to that smooth texture again, so it doesn't feel like I'm stuck with whatever came out of the freezer. I end up with something that actually tastes great, using simple ingredients that I pick myself instead of relying on store bought options.

This is a replacement machine; I use it about 2-3 times per week (as iIdid the previous one). It is a delight to use. The exit from the machine is so much easier and smoother. It may be my imagination, but I think it is even little bit quieter. Thus far there has been no difficulty with the blade or the drill.

We have the ninja creamy deluxe. We love it. We use it all the time. That's not what this review is about. It developed a well known problem which is the blade was falling off. Apparently this happens because of demagnetization. Now we did not register the warranty on this because we never register the warranty on anything! We called ninja. They completely sent a fresh machine even though we couldn't prove warranty. I thought that was super stand-up and I very much appreciated it! The idea that ninja stands behind it's products very much impressed me.

If you ever wanted to male your own Ice Cream, I might have just found your new favorite kitchen item. This easy to use multi functional machine does it all, ice cream, shaved ice, smoothies, milkshakes and gelatos. You have the freedom to make it however you desire even High Protein Ice cream. Pros Easy to Clean Customize great texture Cons It does require to pre freeze for 24 hours ( but I found it not to be that big of a deal as i have five containers) If you love frozen treats do not miss out on this machine

The ease of use on this machine is one of its best features. With 11 one-touch programs, you just select your setting and let it do the work—no guesswork or complicated steps. All you have to do is prep your base, freeze it, and then the machine turns it into a smooth, creamy treat in minutes using its “Creamify” process. The controls are straightforward, and even first-time users can get great results right away. I also love how customizable it is—you can easily adjust textures or add mix-ins without any hassle. Overall, it's incredibly user-friendly and makes homemade ice cream feel simple and fun instead of complicated. Highly recommend for beginners and busy households!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Optimistically cautious. I needed to replace my Ninja after 1 month due to blade scratching the bottom of the container and breaking up pieces of plastic. So far the replacement is doing great. My only concern is sometimes it's louder than other times and it makes me cautious.

I love my Ninja CREAMi and use it all the time. However, this is the fifth machine I've had to replace in just three years, so I definitely think the quality and durability could be improved. On a positive note, Ninja has always stood behind its product and replaced the machines when needed, which I truly appreciate.

Horrible machine. I take amazing care of it, wash it every use and its containers. Overtime, the containers loose their shape and are unable to connect to the lid. And the ninja creami brakes down consistently. It should not be the price it is for the cheap piece of junk it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Ninja Creami Deluxe for Christmas in 2025. I have used it maybe a total of 12 times. The machine made a loud noise, and I looked at it and the blade caught on fire. I ordered a new blade, and now the blade will not stay in the lid. There were also metal shavings in my cup. After taking everything apart and putting it back together, the blade will not stay in the lid. I paid a lot for this product and am extremely disappointed in the fact that this is the second blade, and it caught on fire again. There were also more fire shavings when I tried to make another creami with the new blade!!!
