For some reason, the 3 pack was 290 mg sodium, but the single was 530 mg sodium. Anyways, it had a really clean taste, but the can was small, which made it even more expensive.

I love a good tuna sandwich, and the canned option is always the easiest for me to prepare at home, so this is a staple in our pantry. This canned tuna did not have the normal "fishy" smell of other tunas and also seemed to be less processed and less refined than ones I've had before. It almost seemed like it had been caught recently! Instead of being watery, there was oil to keep it moist in the packaging. I made tuna sandwiches for my family with this, and the kids and adults loved it equally! While the tuna is a bit more expensive than other equivalents, I think the extra freshness of the product makes it worth the price. I loved that it felt like a fresh and healthy option to feed my family, without having to go buy fresh fish. I will be getting this again! When I opened the can, the pieces looked very moist and not dry like some other canned tunas I've tried. The texture was tender and spreadable, likely thanks to the olive oil that was tasty as well. We used the tuna a couple different ways by placing it on top of a sliced baguettes and as the main filling in homemade tuna kimbap. Both ways turned out great and delicious. The cans arrived in a 3 pack of 2.3oz each, which is a bit more premium than standard tunas but the quality, flavor, and the fact it is sustainably caught is worth it. If you see it in stores, I would not hesitate to grab this 3-pack for your pantry. Enjoy the texture, the fresh thick pieces, and have a piece of mind as it adheres to strict MSC (fishing) standards.

I loved it, the oil, the quality of the tuna, and the texture. I like that the tuna isn't broken up that much and is sold like a tuna steak maybe. I ate it in a salad and one on crackers. Also, made it into a tuna salad.
