This Rio Mare Italian Tuna in Olive Oil is outstanding! From the moment I opened the first can and the smell was not overpowering, I knew this was going to be delicious. Packed in Olive Oil, this has exceptional flavor. While on the salty side, I wouldn't say it's too salty. Straight from the can, this hits the spot. Added some to a salad and it perfectly balanced it. Next I will try it with a pasta dish. I like that it is sustainably sourced. This is definitely my new go to canned tuna.
