This product is the best I have found for odor eliminating! My husband works outdoors year round, no matter the weather. In his line of work, he has to wear long sleeve fire retardant shirts even in 100+ temps. So you can imagine the sweat and odor that comes along with that. I got this to try for sweat odors but to my surprise, it also gets rid of the oil and gas smells with each wash!

Tide Sport is a really good detergent. It's the only one that get's sweat and urine (if my dogs have an accident). The ONLY problem with it, is that if you sweat while you wear something that was washed with the Tide Sport, it smells VERY, VERY acidic and has caused me to switch soaps. It's very noticable and very unpleasant. Others have said the same thing. If have no cell phone right now-so if someone from Tide could email me, I would appreciate it.

It’s a must if you have a teen boy in your house that plays spots. It’s not too shabby with work clothes either. Everything comes out smelling nice. My favorite tide was Tide total care...too bad it was discontinued. I took of one star because the clothes aren’t taken care of and as nice as with discontinued Tide.

I have used Tide for over 30 years and have used the liquid Tide for over 1 year. Lately, my towels and facecloths have been dingy and do not look or smell clean. I have tried using warm and cold water. I don't want to have to buy the boost to get the clean that I use to get. We have very little stains.

For a family full of people who workout there is no doubt our clothes get smelly! Even the towels we use to wipe out sweat would be smelly after the wash after just a few uses! This detergent changed the game. It knows how to make the smell go away and stay away and keep your clothes smelling fresh and clean!

I've used a lot of different detergents, I've always chosen based on smell because hey they are all the same right? Well I just recently learned that I was way wrong. I had a white shirt that I had gotten pasta sauce on, no amount of bleaching pretreating would get it off. So I never wore it unless I wasn't just at home for the day because there was a ugly stain on it. Well it had been washed several times with bleach and other detergents I was pretty sure that stain was there for the life of the garment. The first time I used Tide Sport that stain came out. I was shocked. A set in stain that had been through multiple washes before using tide had come out. 1 wash. It smells great, gets just about any stain out that I've had trouble with, I recommended this to my family and friends. I also suggested it to people with big families who don't use tide because they do a lot of laundry and they can't afford it. I said buy a bottle of this and when you get a tough stain use it on that load. Its worth it! Buy it!

I cannot tell if this product does anything but put a layer of odd sour scent (febreze?) over any sports-related scent that is in the clothing. The scent is even worse when I try to wear the gym clothing that I've washed in Tide plus Febreze Sport. The body heat seems to amp up the already foul scent the detergent left on my clothing.

It is the only detergent that I have used that really takes the stink out of clothing. It is hot here and as equestrians we are outside all the time. Tide sport makes our clothes smell great.

My husband is an all-year-round baseball player. Although TIDE has been the only brand we've ever used for our laundry, the regular TIDE didn't seem to be enough for his uniforms. Stains and odor seemed to penetrate the fabric making it difficult to remove, even when combining regular TIDE with other products (OXY Stain remover), the combination worked to remove the stain but did nothing to remove the odor. When we learned about SPORT TIDE we were eager to try it. IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY! I couldn't believe how well it worked on stains but most importantly for me, it removed that awful, embedded odor. You can smell the difference after the first wash. It worked so well at removing odor that I began using it on some of the other items my husband comes in contact with such as towels, blankets, and bed sheets. Ladies, if you have members in your family who are active and secrete odor, you need this product. You will not be disappointed.

I've always used Tide and thought I would give this new scent a go since I have a 15 year old who's into all kinds of sports plus I LOVE Febreeze (normally) . The smell is awful, I washed one load of clothes and that was it - the smell makes me nauseous - I don't know how to describe it - rotten fruit in a cardboard box ???. I will not be buying this product again, I had some co-workers smell it and they seemed to think it was fine so it must be a personal preference or taste.
