I love the fresh smell our laundry has with this soap. I never really noticed that your soap does make a difference until I started purchasing this specific one. It’s in the mid range of Tide prices. Our clothes smell good, feel clean and don’t feel like there’s still dirt leftover after the wash. I recommend this one!

I have been using Tide my entire life literally. And this is the worst smell I have ever experienced. I would love to get my money back or exchange but my wonderful husband did the laundry and now we have used too much to return. Love love love Tide but the Febreze sport leaves the worst smell on our clothes. Our entire house has a funky weird smell to it from using this stuff. What were you thinking Tide! I noticed it is getting good reviews but take it from me it is too over powering and does not smell like any febreeze I have smelled.

I LOVE Tide and today my husband and I bought this one for our HE machine (they do have it in HE even though this is the regular machine liquid). We have two boys who are into sports and one is a teenager, so Febreze and Sport go together. I smelled it in the store and didn't really care for it, but my husband said let's just try it. I did one load and it smelled horrible (my husband still thinks it smells fine! Ugh!). I went back to the grocery store where we purchased it and exchanged it for the Original Scent. Just not what I was expecting.....Even my 15-year old said it smelled funky! Oh well - glad to have the Original back in the house!

I am surprised at the positive reviews on the scent of this product. The scent is positively overwhelming. I have rewashed the load of clothes I had laundered in it and the scent did not come out. I am getting headaches from wearing the clothes even after rewashing them. I could never sit in a room of people with their clothes washed in this detergent. Great idea, but please come out with an unscented version.

Bought this product in place of regular Tide because we have been working out a lot more and our clothes are SWEATY. This product has now turned 3 loads of wash into a nightmare. After the febreeze wears off everything smells like c a t p e e I’m assuming they added ammonia into the new formula. My husband actually had to come home from work to change clothes because he smelt so bad after the clothes were washed and then worn for less than an hour. I’m not sure we will be able to get the smell out of these clothes. Honestly the regular Tide febreeze was doing an amazing job and should just be labeled “sport” instead. Never had an issue with that detergent shouldn’t haven’t tried the Sport formula. ALSO I AM GIVING THIS 1 STAR FOR QUALITY and VALUE but the system AUTOMATICALLY CHANGES IT TO 5 STARS. What a joke.

My son works for a local moving company. Long days, extreme heat (101 degrees on more then one day this summer), and moving household possesions means he comes home literally soaked in sweat and often streaked with grease, dirt and grime. I have tried numerous laundry detergents and always ended up washing his clothes twice to remove the smells. No more! One washing with New Tide plus Febreze Freshness Sport and the smells are gone. (even when I was away for the weekend and his clothes sat in his hamper for 3 days, YUK) I was amazed! I will not use anything else. Thank you from a laundry weary mom!

I have had the problem of how to get "wrinkle-free" clothes smelling good, since you can't use fabric softner with them or it interferes with the "wrinkle-free" ability. This new Tide made my hubby's clothes smell amazing! I don't know how it works on stains yet...they were dark clothes. I'm going to try this in my cold loads now, because for some reason, when I wash in cold, the clothes smell weird, no matter what detergent softner combo I use. I expect they will smell wonderful with this as well!! Thanks a bunch!

This works wonderful for stinky things. I use it for my dogs bedding and blankets, since dogs stink. i also use it for my couch covers, pretty much anything in the house that my dogs come in contact with. I personally can't use Tide for my clothes because of my skin, but it works absolutely wonderfully on all dogs blankets and bedding. Highly recommend for anyone with stink butt dogs!

My husband works as an unloaded at UPS and this is the only detergent that keeps him smelling fresh even once he’s returned from work without fabric softener. I enjoy using the original Tide, but this one takes the cake for sure. I’m never buying anything else.

Tide Sport works really well for getting out the stinky bacterial odor that stays in synthetic workout clothes that get sweated in repeatedly. Regular detergents will not touch that smell, even when used with hot water. There used to be one specialty product for that funky smell but it was super expensive per load. Tide Sport is the only choice. Now how about a detergent that will get out the sour stench that gets into hand towels that get wet alot? You can have that idea for free! Thanks Tide!
