We love our Hamilton coffee maker. My favorite feature is that it will brew regular, or bold! We have used the single serve most, for both coffee and tea. We have also used the carafe and it was great as well. Simple to use and clean.

Easy to use, easy to clean- especially the pod holders. I like how the pod holder easily disassembles for easy rinsing and cleaning. If you at least rinse after each single serve use, that alone will insure it lasts a long time!

The absolute best purchase for my needs. I can switch easily between one cup to one pot of coffee. The one cup section is perfect for hot chocolate too. There’s a special filter where you can use your own coffee without the waste of the k-cup pods.

I bought this 2 weeks ago. Delivery was fast. The pot itself is wonderful. We love being able to make coffee two different ways. It was $20 cheaper than any other site.

You have to put the exact amount for your serving or if you put too much water it will overspill. If you don’t put enough well you’ll have to add more water and run again.

Love the coffee maker. I like the option of pot or single cup. Have enjoyed the timer and waking to coffee and using the single serve for my evening tea. I haven't used a pod yet but have put my tea in the pod. It comes with everything needed for the single serve option. You only need filters for the coffee pot.

We use this coffee maker at least once a day; both brew features. The coffee comes out super hot %26 delicious on either side. I took away one star because the brewing process is super slow on the carafe side. Otherwise, it's a great machine at a great price.

I love my coffee maker. I love being able to make a pot of coffee when I need it and it's more than myself and I love being able to do a to go cup when I need to go or just a single mug? Absolutely love it. Best give to myself

Got my flexbrew this week. Try ground coffee on songlr serve side. keeps over flowing. I have a mess after attempt use. Have contact Hamilton Beach. waiting for a reply.
