I love that I can make a single cup - go for a walk and then enjoy a full pot with my hubby. This is our second machine. The first one shelled out because of "USER ERROR." That was me. ;(

This is a great coffee maker for both multiple or single cups of coffee. The price is very reasonable and is worth every penny. I am very satisfied with this purchase

works great either way - a lil slower than my old keurig but the single serve side delivers coffee piping hot & a bold brew (if desired)! So glad I jumped on the sale.

If you enjoy frustration along with coffee grounds in your coffee in the k-cup portion of your coffee to start the day, this is the coffee system for you. I clean it after every use but, it continually cuts off and the K-cup lid pops up I. The middle of the brew. You have to raise the lid, shut it again, then hit your power then brew button again. I absolutely hate this coffee maker and it’s not even a month old yet.

This thing was only 3 years old and started leaking water all over the counter. Looked up a YouTube video.... fixed it! Seems like Hamilton Beach is using a faulty water hose clamp that over time slowly wiggles off. We took off the sides (watch for the 4 screws that look like a Y and take those off first from the bottom using a small mini sized regular screwdriver). Pull off the sides, unscrew the back panel and lid where the water comes down over the grounds and there you will see a disconnected hose with a very lame clamp. Just shove it back on all the way and move up the clamp and NOW you don't need to BUY A NEW COFFEE MAKER!!! yay!!!!

this is my third in six years. i normally make 2 to 3 pots a day. in twenty five years if I get more than a year out of a coffee maker I feel good about it. My first one was 3 years, the scond about 3 years. I noticed on this new one the display is brighter. The other 2 displays were very dim.

i purchased this item and it started leaking from the back within a month , I called Hamilton Beach and they were great and sent me a new product. It was working fine for many months and then it started leaking again from the bottom heating coil this time. I had company so i found a neighbor selling hers and i bought it to use for my guests. Within that week it started leaking from the bottom heating element coil also. I have sent Hamilton Beach another email they said they would respond in 10 business days and i'm still waiting. there is a design flaw for 3 units to leak . i wanted to love this item but i have to say they might be lemons. If they reach out me i'll update this review.
