This replaced the same one that we purchased at bed Bath and beyond in about 2019. The coffee pot still work but the K cup part quit working! So we like this unit we just wished that the the single would be a little faster!

This pot is working very well. It makes great coffee (I like it strong) and is reasonably fast, much faster than the old pot. It also does great as a single server maker, although not quite as fast as the name brand pot Kureg that we also have, but maybe 20-30 seconds slower.

Purchased this for our house; one of us loves coffee, the other tea. This brews the perfect cup for both of us. And if we are having people for dinner, the ability to brew a full pot is awesome. Love this coffee maker and would recommend to everyone.

There are two models almost the same. The Flex brew and the Flex brew Trio.. I would prefer thee flex brew trio because you fill a water reservoir and set the number of ounces you wish to brew. ., The Flex brew has you fill only the amount of water you want to brew. Not a big difference but I prefer the reservoir with settings to brew an amount. Of course that may be just one more thing to break. Simple is usually better. One of my favorite features is that Hamilton Beach allows the cleaning of the nozzle, which is the most common reason for pod coffee makers to quit. I had a Kuerig and there was no way to clean t he clogged nozzle. Both these units use the flat bottom paper filter which I also prefer. While this is simple to use,, I suggest you read the instructions.

This is our favorite coffee maker but know that you may get only 4-5 years out of it. In the past, things like the warmer plate would stop working but this last time, the water literally leaked out of the bottom of the pot reservoir. But I will keep coming back until there is a reasonably priced comparison. This is our 4th one we have purchased and the only reason I keep going back is the convenience of a full 12 cup brew pot and a k-cup at a reasonable price.

This coffee maker worked great for the first year. After one year, however, the single serve side started acting up. It is no longer working, and Hamilton Beach will not do anything about it since the warranty is up. The carafe side still works, but we bought this unit to have both options. Not happy about this brand.

Water reservoir for the k cup holds max of 14 oz. of water. No selection button for coffee cup size. You add the amount of water for the coffee cup size. The next issue is brew time for the k cup is way too long compared to the Keurig and Cuisinart makers I previously owned.

I had this coffeemaker for about 1 1/2 weeks and finally returned it yesterday. I wasted about 15 K-cups using the single-serve side. It worked right maybe 4 times. The most annoying issue was when the coffee grounds would spew out of the front and onto the counter, etc. It did make several cups of coffee with grounds in it, as well. I never used the carafe side so I don’t know how well it worked. I was so excited to get this and now am so disappointed. It did make the coffee really hot, which I loved, but it’s too expensive to waste the k-cups (and I was using the Keurig brand only). I also thoroughly cleaned all the parts every time I used it. Back to my mini-Keurig for now ☹️

My wife and I purchased these just a few days ago and have already return it to SAM'S CLUB. The single cup side of this machine did not work properly. It applied so much pressure that hot coffee went ever. It was a real mess to clean up, but we gave it another try and it repeated the same awful coffee mess every where.

Very slow brewing coffee pot. Both Kcup and Carafe sides. Tried setting up the Auto Brew for a certain AM time so its ready when i walk out the door but cant seem to get it to brew. Tried a few times, and from a few people, but all with the same results. Honestly if i still had the box, it would be returned. Was alot happier with just my Keurig (until it kicked the bucket after 3 years).
