You just can't make it any easier, I've I've got one and absolutely love it. I also bought one for my mother, she's single and loves the fact that she doesn't have to make a pot of coffee when she can just make a cup at a time when she wants one.... and it's fresh and it's always a fresh cup of coffee, tea, hot cocoa, or apple cider. She said she's being soooooo spoiled

The Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 2-Way Coffee Maker makes excellent coffee whether it's a full carafe or a single K-Cup, (Delicious five star). I gave three stars overall for one reason that may not pertain to everyone, it does not have a removable water reservoir. If you have upper cabinets above your counter top you can not open and fill the water fixed reservoir so you have to lift it up to move it out to the edge of your counter. This machine is heavy, a removable water reservoir would make it perfect. Wb Niagara Falls NY

I purchased this coffee brewer two weeks ago. First I was disappointed that there were no filter in the box to use the pot. When I used the K cup for a single cup I ended up with a cup of coffee grinds. I then tried to use the single cup that was included in the package and again ended up with a cup of grinds. Not a great way to start the day. When reading the instruction booklet it states there may be a problem with some k cups and to use a different brand. That's going to be a real hassle to figure out what brands work or don't work with this product. When I purchased some filter to make a large pot the coffee was fine. Just can't use the k cup feature - which was a huge selling point for me. Will probably return this product.

Purchased this for our house; one of us loves coffee, the other tea. This brews the perfect cup for both of us. And if we are having people for dinner, the ability to brew a full pot is awesome. Love this coffee maker and would recommend to everyone.

Very slow brewing coffee pot. Both Kcup and Carafe sides. Tried setting up the Auto Brew for a certain AM time so its ready when i walk out the door but cant seem to get it to brew. Tried a few times, and from a few people, but all with the same results. Honestly if i still had the box, it would be returned. Was alot happier with just my Keurig (until it kicked the bucket after 3 years).

I bought this to replace and old Crux. I’ve had problems with this unit. I like to make my selections only once and walk away. I’ve had to g back several times as the unit shut itself off. Maybe it’s me so we’re still trying to put up with it. Another time, the coffee basket on the large carafe stopped dripping so I thought it was finished. I opened the lid and the grinds were spilling over full of water. Again, I will see if this was my fault. I shouldn’t experience any of these problems.

Bought this on the 11th of this month. Saw reviews and was iffy, so glad I bought. My daughter ended up buying one too. You won’t go wrong.

Absolutely perfect. Ready in the AM; easy to set delayed brewing option and single cup. A must have in any kitchen.

The single serve pods keep spitting out grounds everywhere. I had the same experience with my other Hamilton coffee maker and had to return it. will try to return this one as well

this is my 2nd Flex Brew. My mom bought me one several years ago %26 it finally stopped working %26 I loved it so much I bought another one!! it is so easy to use %26 set!
