Replaced Keurig and standalone brewer hoping to save space. But yuk. Cannot fill reservoir for single brews, brewing single cup takes forever, as does brewing a pot. This whole contraption is awful.

Worked great for about 6 months then started leaking water all over the counter. Got a replacement under the warranty & 6 months later, did the same thing!

Owned this coffeemaker for three months and it will no longer hold water. Leaks right out the bottom of the maker. And the single cup side was very loud.

I just got this and made a little pot and a single serve with ground coffee. Instructions were super clear and was very easy to figure out. The coffee was good too. Hope it lasts.

I really love this coffee pot, one it eliminates duplication, cuisart/Keurig and I think really makes great hot coffee in both the carafe and the single cup. A great buy for the price, can't beat it

The little piece of plastic that is on the top of the handle, that holds the lid to the coffee pot on pops off when cleaning. You must remove the lid in order to clean it, but this piece falls off with it. Not sure how long that's going to last

I returned this after 1 day. The k cup function over pressures the k cup causing coffee and grounds to leak everywhere. Read the manual several times to make sure I was brewing this the correct way. It’s is a big waste of money and a piece of junk.

This coffee maker worked great for a while until it started leaking water all over the place. We bought it in November 2018 so it hasn't even been a year and now it's useless. Will not buy another Hamilton Beach product.

We like being able to make a pot or a single cup of coffee at any time. We've had Hamilton Beach before and plan to stay with it. Our latest one was a gift.

I love the shape of the carafe. I like the dual option, although I rarely use the single cup side. It'll be good for holiday flavor k-cups and company purposes. It's a good quality coffee maker and I would recommend it. It'd make a great gift.
