We recently were outfitting our new RV. I wanted something affordable but would do K cups and a full pot. I had seen this one several times at other stores but it was more than I wanted to spend. Found it at a very reasonable price online so ordered it. So far I am very happy with my decision.

I like my morning coffee to be the best cup of the day and this brewer has never failed me! Tried MANY other brands of coffee maker but this one delivers good coffee consistently. Carafe lettering wears in the dishwasher. Wasn't enough to reject the machine. It's my 2nd time buying this Flexbrew-er. Love the single/carafe option.

I've had this coffee maker for about 4 years now. (Bought in 2021) I've never had any issues with it. Brews my coffee perfectly everytime. With regular cleaning and upkeep, it has never caused my any overspills or clogging in single serve chamber. I mostly use the single serve option and the only negative may be that it takes 4-5 min to brew a single cup.

We have had our flex brew coffee machine for several years. We love the option to make a bold or regular brew. At first, we used the single cup pot a lot, but over time, the novelty has worn out, and we now only use the full pot brew. It is still a nice option to have for guests. After at least 3 years, this machine still works like a charm!

We’ve had this for 2 months, and it works horribly. The single serve part uses pods, explodes the pod and grounds go everywhere. The carafe part now overflows grounds from the basket filters and leaves us spending ample amount of time cleaning up a mess of wet coffee grounds with every use on either side. So frustrating.

After less then a year of using this machine I have to stand in front of it and repeatedly hit the brew button for the pods. It shuts off after the water gets hot and has to be turned on again. The timer works great for the full pot coffee but the coffee is not HOT. The burner does not heat well. I will not recommend this product and am waiting for it to die so I can purchase something different.

We received this as a Christmas gift and were very excited. We have brewed coffee and look forward to using the other options when needed. BUT the 6 buttons on the left of the window are all dark and we can NOT read them. We would use the keep warm feature, if we could see it. We are very disappointed!!

I was so excited to purchase this Hamilton Beach FlexBrew to be able to brew a pot of coffee or use K-Cups from the same maker. We really liked the maker, as it was easy to use and made tasty coffee. Disappointingly, it only lasted several months and then it started to leak from the bottom. We used it several times more until it flooded the counter, ran down the wall and soaked the baseboard. We returned it to Sam's Club and exchanged it for the same Hamilton Beach FlexBrew thinking this was just a lemon. This was in March 2018 and 6 months later we encounter the same scenario!!! Leaking again with this one! A quality coffee maker should last years not months! Thankfully, Sam's Club has a great return policy and we returned the 2nd coffee maker. We are not buying the 3rd times the charm theory! I loved the idea of a 2-way brew, so I researched Cuisinart 12-Cup Coffee Maker & Single-Serve Brewer and Bialetti Triple Brew Coffee Maker and the reviews indicated the same leak problems with both those brands. Can any manufacturer correct this issue and make a quality leakproof flex brew product? Now I am back to using a 12-Cup coffee maker and a Keurig single serve for my K-Cups cluttering up my counters.

Been using this unit for years. Great! All of the sudden the single serve would not deliver coffee. Cleaned out water tank, still had the problem. I then removed the grey ring under lid and found it plugged with grounds. Don't know how they got there but it solved the problem.

I really like my new HB 2 way flex brew Coffee maker. It's seems to be of excellent quality, the functions are great, the price is great and it makes great coffee. So far it's my favorite drip coffee maker ever, and I've had many. Way to go HB. This is a winner for us consumers Thank you!
