I loved this coffee machine more than my Keurig. But it is less than one year old and it started leaking water everywhere. Unfortunately I threw away the box and cannot return it so basically $80 has gone down the drain.

We purchased this same unit for our cottage over a year ago...we loved it so much we bought this one #2 for our home. Reliable and flexible for all the coffee drinkers and various brews we consume. A great value. Would highly recommend this unit!!!

We have three coffee machines, one for expresso, one for pot of coffee and one for singles. This takes place of two of them and we are down to two. I love it!

easy to use. i can't drink a lot of coffee anymore so having the option of one cup is really nice. i wish it came with a water filter. but for the price it's real nice...

I got this as a Christmas present 2017 & have been using since I got it. I love the flexibility of it. Plus you can brew bold flavor or regular. Just don't be in a hurry on the bold mode because it takes longer than the regular brew.

Got it for Christmas made a pot of coffee a day for 4-1/2 months and now the reservoir will not hold water. Single cup side works fine with the regular maintenance that is recommended.

This is my third Flex-Brew. The lid of the reservoir gets warped or the hinge pin breaks. The reason I continue replacing it with the same model is its size and convenience.

I had to replace the same model since the single brew pump quit and no longer brewed coffee. I like these units so I purchased another one (same model) so I can use some of the same parts!

Coffee Maker looks good, but takes to long to brew a pot or just a cup, also water does not get hot enough, have to heat in the microwave. Would return but to much trouble!

Replaced Keurig and standalone brewer hoping to save space. But yuk. Cannot fill reservoir for single brews, brewing single cup takes forever, as does brewing a pot. This whole contraption is awful.
