Bought this about a year ago. It was great for a few months and it gradually began to clog up - needed 10 cups of water to make 6 cups of coffee. Now less than half! It also leaks water from the bottom while brewing. Made great coffee when new.

This is a great buy! It is exactly what I needed to cater to our ever changing coffee preferences. It makes very good coffee. I love it and if you're looking to purchase this....I think you'll love it too.

I have had this maker for years. It brews great coffee. The maker is hard to clean. When cleaning you have to dismantle part of the maker using screw driver. Even after cleaning it has started to fail to detect water in reservoir.

We loved idea of this, but Within 6 months the heating plate already was rusting and by 10 months there was no metal showing…only rust. Unfortunately, this was the case for all 3 of us kids who got as gift from mother. So obviously it’s a problem.

Almost a year old and the K cup side no longer works. Great machine when it's working. Water gets hot but isn't pumping out through the K cup. Pot side still working.

This is too big for us. Putting it on the counter we had to put it on the end of the countertop because we couldn't lift the top-up to pour water inside. Coffee did not taste as good as Kwergic. Will try to return.

I bought this coffee maker the last Sat. of Oct. 2018 and it started leaking on Jan. 15th 2019. For what you pay for this item it should last more than 2 1/2 months. very dissapointed in the product

I've just received this coffee pot. I made my first pot of coffee the next morning. So far so good. My coffee tastes great. I hope the next pot taste better. I love this coffee maker.

Love this coffee maker, more than my Keur** The versatility of brewing a full pot or using a pod for a single cup is fantastic. It also comes with a pod to use with your own coffee. Plus it is nice and hot!

This product will eventually leak out of a return hose on the back that has a hose clamp that loosens over time. Ours leaked in 12 months. Dealing with the MFG now =.
