I bought this coffee pot for my parents butI hesitated because I have same pot and have not had very long but leaks water and single side doesn’t want to brew. I contacted Manufacturer but they don’t respond

My husband got me this and I love it. I start my day with a whole pot then through the day just make a cup as I need or want it.. it really is a nice coffee maker..

I bought this for the ability to brew individual cups as well as a pot. The only problem is that when you use your own coffee in the individual spot, coffee grounds seem to leak through and end up in the coffee cup. I wish it was a better filter. Have not tried with K-cups yet.

Whether you want 12 cups or 1, the convenience is there. I like the being able to choose the coffee strength as well, I default to bold. The K cup on the side is nice. My wife doesn’t like the caffeine late in the day and so she can make herself a decaf while I keep pushing the full caff. in the pot. Makes life better!

I’ve been wanting this for a while and it’s great. My hubby and I share a pot in the morning but sometimes I would like a cup in the afternoon but I didn’t want to brew a whole pot. This works perfect for that. My only complaint is that it does brew a little slowly but it’s worth it for the convenience.

Working better than Keurig duo (had 2 go bad within 3 months) Although slower it makes a good cup of coffee. Totally different setup from Keurig as you fill with water each time you make a pot or cup. I like the refillable pod or kcup option. Slow but good tasting coffee.

I love this coffee maker....have bought 3 over the past 8 years.....none have broken or given me any problem....just wanted to update...my Christmas present to myself....I then pass my old one onto someone who needs a new coffee maker....keep up the good work...

We purchased this "FlexBrew" as an alternative to using Keurig hardware. While the time to brew from a k-cup is longer than from Keurig, the ability to brew a full pot is great. Additionally, the "FlexBrew" provides the ability to control the exact amount of water used in each cup's brew cycle...this results in the benefit of being able to adhust the strength of that brew, making a more flavorful cup of coffee.

I am pleased with the flavor of the brewed coffee. There are improvements that can be made, however I gave it a 5-star as the result of the brewed coffee is rather good for the money. If you are not getting dark coffee despite selecting the bold brew setting, then you are either being too frugal with amount of coffee grounds, are using a blonde coffee not roasted to be brewed dark and/or a combination.

This coffee maker replaced a worn out Mr. Coffee. After ordering I realized it wasn't the one I had seen advertised on T.V. but after using it for a few cups I can say it is 5 star. We tried the single cup feature and it worked perfectly. I would recommend this unit wholeheartedly.
