The k-cup isn't working and we have trying Customer service. Just been put on hold

We certainly enjoy the coffee maker

Great coffee maker…however the heating plate is developing a crack.

When it works, works well. But it will blow up k cups and make a complete disaster.

Awesome, great for family gatherings and individual use. Such a great idea for my new kitchen.,

Purchased last month...great move...love it...

Cheaply made

Had this coffee pot for a little over 7 years. It has been a good one. I am going to buy another one.

The instructions were easy to read. And the machine is intuitive to use. Thanks Hamilton Beach! I'm excited about my coffee maker.

I love this coffee maker. Its perfect for one cup or many cups. This is my second time i bought this.
