This is the second one I have owned within a year. I had to purchase a new one because the other wouldn't brew. Not sure what happened. I am hoping that this one will last longer than a year this time. I really do like the option of a pot or just a cup.

This is an improved version of what we had before. Only complaint is this version swaps thr carafe to the left from the right, and the glass seems to absorb the coffee color more than previous. Like the improved fit of the water full hatch seems less likely to warp and not fit over time. Easy view window for both the single cup and the carafe. Single cup is rather loud but it is for sure the Kurig part of the maker. Buttons are a bit clunky seems we have gone backwards in that feature. Wish for future is a timer for each the single cup and the carafe would be ideal. That way I can set my cup to be ready for me to go AND have the carafe filled and ready for the spouse at home.

Bought for myself to take up less space on a countertop, replacing regular coffeepot and a Keurig. Love the change with one exception is that it takes quite a bit long for the individual cup than my Keurig did. If it were a little quicker I'd have given 5 stars.

Purchased to "modernize" the coffee making and its met expectations. Carafe makes a good pot of coffee and has the 2 hour auto shut off so no longer have to remember to shut it off. The individual cups are a great feature as well. Clean up is quick and easy. Haven't used the time start yet.

I wanted a coffee maker that would make a full pot of coffee and/or a single cup using a Keurig cup. This is the perfect coffee maker for us. I also like that the single cup feature does not have a reservoir. You just add the amount of water needed for your cup.

Our Keurig (very old, one of the first editions) stopped working and I was looking for another device...but I wanted the flexibility to make either a single cup OR a full carafe. I was also looking for one to purchase for my dad for Christmas. I found this in the local Sam's club and bought it for him. The more I looked at the box (as we haven't given it to him yet) the more I wanted one. So, I went online and purchased one for our household as well. It came as promised in perfect condition. My only complaint is you do not have a well large enough to hold more than one serving of water on the single-serve side...but that is no big deal. Overall, love this!

The coffee maker is great, coffee is hot from both brew choices, machine is compact so it doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter. It's simple to use with great options for single brew side. The only negative thing is that I wish it would have a "stay warm feature of for up to 4 hours rather than just 2. Price was great, especially with Black Friday deal - just love it!

This coffee maker does just what it supposed to do. It makes great coffee. We use the single serve side using regular ground coffee, and use the carafe side when we have guests. The attachments are easy to use and clean, plus k cups can be used when you want hot chocolate. Heating water for tea is easy too.

bOUGHT THIS ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO AND WE LOVE IT! aLSO HAVE A KUERIG WHICH WE WILL USE IN OUR CAMPER. MY HUSBAND LOVES HIS CAPPICINO AND I LIKE A FEW CUPS OF COFFEE IN THE MORNING SO THIS WORKS PERFECT. I BUY REGULAR COFFEE AND MAKE A FULL POT AND HE MAKES HIS CAPPICINO WITH PODS. SIMPLY GREAT!

I purchased this item to replace my broken K cup brewer. I first saw it on Amazon and almost bought it there but decided to shop around first. I was delighted to find it at Sam's for $30 less. It is nice to have the option of making a whole pot or individual cup. Both methods make a good cup of coffee. Biggest negative is having to pour a measured cup of water for each K cup.My old coffee maker had a reservour that held about 4 cups and dispensed a cup at a time. You could select small medium or large cup size. Without this you have to pour each cup into top which leads to some spills. All in all so far I am happy with my purchase.
