Never buy this product. Does not brew coffee good. You never taste coffee, it brews so weak no matter how much coffee you put in. The single cup works even worse, no taste of coffee. I bought it during Christmas and yesterday a part fell, just 3 months. I did not register so I am not sure if I get a refund.

I wish I could give 3.5 stars. I had a Ninja bar coffee maker that I loved. Unfortunately, it quit working after 1.5 years and I didn’t want to pay that price for a coffee maker that didn’t last. I’ve loved HB coffee makers before, so I decided to purchase this on b/c it fit all my needs. Pros: I was able to save counter space by eliminating my Keurig. It makes pretty good coffee, not as tasty as the Ninja, but not as bad as a cheap coffee maker. Easily set the program to make coffee in the morning. Has bold brew strength. Easy to fill if you don’t put it under a cabinet. Comes with a filter basket for your own ground coffee on the k-cup side AND it has a storage spot for it on the coffee maker. I love how the basket for the full pot has a specific way to put it in and it’s easy to do. Cons: Slow. OMG is this thing take forever to make a pot or a kcup of coffee!! (Which is why I set the timer) No reservoir for k-cup side. The kcup setup is clunky and difficult to close. We have had several accidents due to the lid not being closed all the way. If you use the included basket, this doesn’t seem to be a problem. I will reserve judgment on if I would purchase again because it depends on how long it will last. As of right now I would, because of the price (I paid $79 at Walmart) and because of the convenience of not having two machines. I really hate how slow it is and how much of a pain it is to use the k-cup, but wouldn’t keep me from purchasing again. I would say that it is worth the price.

The pro side is that it is dual featured, which is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted the convenience of a single serving with option for full pot when having guests. The pot of coffee is always hot and does auto shut off, if you should forget it. The con side is the program for timing did not work properly, so I could not set up for a pot of coffee to be ready the next morning, if desired. Also, you have to input water every time you use either side, so that is different to the Keurig brand. It does take a good 15 minutes for a pot of coffee, so that is back to old school. Don't be in a rush for coffee. Overall, regardless, it is a good product and would still recommend it. I have had mine about a year now.

I got this to replace my Keurig because I got tired of spending a crap ton on K cups. Honestly best decision I have made. It brews coffee in a average time for both the pot and K cup side. It's not a noisy machine in the least. Coffee taste great. Easy to clean both internal and attachments. The one down side is if you are using the signal cup side it does take a few min longer to brew then the Keurig, that took some getting use to.

I Love this coffee maker. I bought it specifically because I can never offer my mother her decaf because by the time I open a package, it goes stale before the can use it all. I personally don't like coffee from my Keurig, so I opted for a standard carafe style maker for years..... this is a game changer. I can buy kcups of decalf for my mom and hot coco cups for the kids while I enjoy the flavor of my carafe style brew, exactly how I like it everytime.

Had this machine for 11 months, around six months the heating element got all rusted. On the tenth month the Pod side started acting up and not Brewing right. Now yesterday The pot side started pouring more water out the bottom of the machine than it was into the pot

My second 2-way Flex Brew coffee pot. The first one was purchased in 4/18. The large coffee pot part is fine, but think the single cup pump was acting up. Could have been repaired but we just decided to replace. Love this coffee pot. Comes from home of coffee drinkers.

I have had this coffee maker for six months. The only fault I have with it is, it stops on the k cup about once a week. It indicates the needles are stopped up. This is not true because I clean mine often. I think the problem is with the K CUP of coffee. I have found if I peck the cups on the counter, it works for longer periods. Also, unplug the cord until the pot cools off than plug it in, set the clock and try again. It usually works.

Wished I had, it would have saved me a lot of aggravation. Bought this pot because I like the concept of the two brewing options. I had an older Keruig maker which after many years finally gave up.Long story short this pot is a diseaster. It does not accommodate all pods, it is very noisy, at times the single service had more coffee grind in my cup than coffee, you have to be very careful to only put in the exact amount of water on the single side because it will run every drop out even if you only want a normal cup no control on amount. You have to add water every time you want a cup, not convenient, the concept is great but really falls really short of what I expected. On the good side the water really gets hot. I am returning this pot as soon as I can. No clock no timer. Only had 4 days.

The 1st thing to say is I had to have my husband drill a hole the same size as the metal plate for the single cup, just incase someone fails to put the empty cup under when it brews. The compartment is large enough to hold a cup so it prevents a counter full of coffee. It works well to fix the design flaw. As far as slow brewing, it's just long enough to heat the water. I guess I'm patient so it doesn't bother me. I got a 2nd one even though the 1st is still working just incase they stop making it. For the price it works well because I like mine in the pot so it's STRONG, and others use the single brew. I can still use the single brew, I just use a small cup. Many parts are dishwasher safe too.
