Coffee brewed fresh in pot is not hot enough for me, putting in refrigerated creamer makes the coffee lukewarm. It does get hotter as it sits on the two hour warming plate.

This is the best coffee maker I've ever owned. It does everything expected at a good price. Easy cleaning, clever design, and it's made well. Thank you for a good product when much of the world is producing awful products.

Great Machine! I've had my machine for about 7 years now and it's works good but decided to get another just for back up because I know sooner or later it's going to go and most likely not a good day.

I bought this for my husband so we wouldn't need three different coffee makers out on the countertop. He loves it! We have had it for several months now and it works perfectly, no problems.

We bought this coffee pot not even 6 months ago and it started leaking everywhere. It won't brew a full cup of coffee because water just starts pouring out of the bottom.

This is the second one of these we have owned that we bought from Sam’s club. Both have lasted maybe 1-2 years and they have broken. Save your money and spend on a different brand.

K-Style Cups would explode while brewing and spew coffee, water and grounds all over the kitchen. This happened more times than not. Had to return.... No issues while brewing the carafe side, which is why I gave 2 stars. Got a Keurig Duo instead

Listen ya'll, a little story time. I bought this coffee maker approximately 4 to 5 years ago. I used it all the time. Then in Dec 2021 a tornado destroyed my townhouse turning it into 1 story ripping through my kitchen first and let me tell ya'll this beast of a coffee maker not only stayed on my coffee bar but it barely even moved due to the grips on the bottom even though everything else in my kitchen was either water damaged or just destroyed. I even had to get rid of the coffee bar it was on because of the water damage. I cleaned the drywall and dust off of the coffee maker and wouldn't you know it, this thing still to this day works perfectly fine with no issues. So if you need a coffee maker let me tell you, this is the one.

The older model was harder to pierce the k-cup until you learned to just wack it to put it in. Also you have to remember to pull the handle down on the k-cup side to pierce the top. Never the less, we used it a ton for all these years. They've improved this with the new model so it is so much easier to do. I'm loving it!

I bought this brewer in late August, I wanted the ability to brew one cup or full pot when needed. Last week, the coffee exploded out of the pod. I cleaned the coffee grounds up and forgot about it. Today, two times , same thing. It’s a real mess to clean the grounds off counter and the brewer. I stupidly didn’t keep the receipt but rep at Sams said I could bring it back and get another one or get a gift card. Im really disappointed and not sure I want another one. The only other dual brewer that I know of is a Cuisinart for $200.00. I just read reviews on this brewer and this issue is mentioned frequently.
