I always had a hard time falling asleep. Once I got these gummies it has changed the game going to bed. Within minutes I am out and get a better rest through out the night. Definitely recommend specially if you go to bed before everyone else in your household. Blocks out the sound.

I was very skeptical, but read the reviews and wanted to try. I have an Oura ring so I track my sleep religiously. I don't know how these do it, but it's the best sleep of my life. These are better than a prescription. Get them! You won't be disappointed. 😢

I started taking the sleep gummies a few weeks ago because I'm having issues sleeping through the night. It seems to work somewhat but I can't always sleep through the night yet but I'm going to give it a try a bit longer to see if I could have some consistency in my sleep. Very tasty flavor you think you're eating candy.

I've always struggled with sleep and have been taking these for about a year. The formula changed and it's just not it... please please I beg go back to your original formula!!!

They taste amazing. Probably too good for "medicine"- had me questioning weather they were going to work or be a total waste of money, and yet two years later my husband and I take them still. Sometimes I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. Since I've started this gummy I have consistently been falling asleep within the hour of taking them. I've also had an easier time falling back to sleep if I do get up in the middle of the night. Having an infant, these are especially helpful during those multi wake evenings.

Let me start by saying these have really helped me; they make you sleepy, which is something I was desperate for. I also LOVED the taste and texture until today! I got a new bottle, and the gummies taste completely different, as well as feel different in the mouth. The labels and ingridients look slightly differrent too...I'm trying to find out what changed and why. I'm asking because I've noticed a discrepancy in the fine print on the company's address: one bottle is labeled v05, and the other is v06. The aftertaste of this new bottle is truly awful, and I'm having trouble getting a clear answer about what changed and why.
