I have taken one gummy just about every night for over a year now! I think they help me wind down and fall asleep pretty well. Sometimes I will take 1.5 gummies if I'm feeling like I need to sleep in.

Sometimes I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. Since I've started this gummy I have consistently been falling asleep within the hour of taking them.
