I was reading through a lot of the low ranked comments, and I absolutely cannot relate to them at all LOL. I don't know if it's the way their body metabolizes or handles melatonin, but for me, my experience has been amazing! I will say that it doesn't give me that sleepiness feeling, but as soon as I'm ready for bed, close my eyes, I sleep like an absolute rock!!!! I've used many different sleep/melatonin products before, but I've never experienced sleep like this! Give it a try!

I didn't think these were actually going to work for me but let me tell you, these are totally worth it if you have trouble going to sleep like I do. I took two 1 hour before I planned to go to bed and within 20 minutes I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore.

My husband and I have tried so many types of melatonin that woefully fell short. We didn't have high expectations for Sleep and were pleasantly blown away. The gummy flavor is enjoyable and it actually works so well. Such a blessing to find a product that not only works but contains ingredients that we feel good about.

I haven't been able to stay sleeping. I've tried everything. Then I saw Kourtney on Instagram showing her Lemme line of products and decided to try the one for sleep. First of all it tastes delicious and more importantly I feel asleep quickly and after waking up I feel back to sleep which before Lemme I couldn't do!!! I'm 66 years old so I really am craving the rest now I can have it!!

These are the best sleep aids I've ever tried. I have ADHD, and my brain needs help getting quiet to sleep, and these do that gorgeously. They slowly help me wind down, and I'm ready to PTFO about 30-45 minutes after taking them. I don't have unsettling lucid dreams (nightmares) when I take them, unlike Z-Quill; I sleep through the night instead of falling asleep quickly but not being able to stay asleep; and I never wake up feeling groggy. They also don't totally screw up my sleep when I don't take them (it can take me a little longer to fall asleep, but it's not like I can't sleep without them). If I go to bed a little late, I'll take just one instead of two, and it's perfect. These are miraculous. I won't shup up about how fantastic these gummies are, and now my entire family takes them (sister in her mid-30s who also has AHDH/ brain quieting issues, and parents in their 70s who have a hard time getting quality sleep these days). I sometimes give bottles of them as gifts, and everyone who's tried some of mine is blown out and also becomes obsessed. I can't imagine not having these in my life - I've been taking them for almost a year, and they are now essentials. If you need a sleep aid, buy them. And buy them in bulk.

I take two every night and it definitely has helped me to sleep better. Normally I wake up 2-4 times a night and have a very hard time falling asleep. Sense starting these gummies I am able to fall asleep easily and I sleep much better through the night. I wake up the next day feeling well rested.

I absolutely loved these gummies!! They worked like a charm and better than anything I've ever tried. However they are made with Lavender, which I found out I am allergic to.... But they work so good I've debated the allergic reaction 😂 PLEASE make some sleep gummies without lavender and I will buy them ALL!

I am super sensitive to sleep supplements or medication that makes you drowsy, but i like the ingredients in Lemme Sleep, so I was really interested to see how i felt taking them! Happy to report I don't feel groggy the next morning at all. I am ready to fall asleep within 15 minutes of taking them & I wake up less throughout the night...even with my husband snoring lol. Even though the serving recommends two, I can get away with just taking 1 and it still totally helps!

While they aren't marketed to cure insomnia, these are the ONLY sleep gummies that have. They help me fall asleep fast, and wake up on time in the morning with zero melatonin hangover!!
