These gummies are amazing! Every night I struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. I've tried prescription sleeping aids, melatonin, and other gummies or vitamins and nothing has helped me. I usually don't leave reviews, but honestly these are the best sleep aids. I used to drink zquil every night, but since trying these i haven't gone back. I sleep through the night and don't wake up groggy! Usually takes about 45 minutes to kick in for me.

I cannot sleep at night, even with my prescribed sleep medication. If I'm having a hard time falling asleep, I add 2 Lemme Sleep Gummies to my night routine and I'm out like a light and I don't wake up drowsy. You read that right. I've been TIRED. If I stay up past a certain time at night, it's guaranteed I can't go to sleep until 2-3 am.
