Started using these when my first grandchild was born. Needed to ease joint stiffness in knees and hips. Am currently able to work thru some range of motion stretches when I wake up each morning.

I had my doubts that this product was actually helping me, until I stopped taking it. I found out in a hurry that it was making a huge difference in my pain level and flexibility. I'll never stop taking it again.

Love the tiny one pill. It helps tremendously. We take it daily. I just wish you sold in higher bottle counts. We are a two person family and we each take one daily , so one bottle goes quickly.

This product may be a bit expensive but when I don’t take this, my knees start to pop. I could be wrong but sure seems to get rid of that cracking sound.

I’ve been taking this product for years and I highly recommend it. As specially at my mature age. Keeps the body moving. It’s a little pricey but it’s worth it.
