I like that the serving size is just one tablet a day . There is no strong vitamin smell . I took it without food , it was also pretty easy in my stomach . This is a good product . Cant wait to use it long term to see if I notice more results .

However, within two days of starting it, I had a constant headache I couldn't shake. I am on two medications for migraines but I didn't immediately equate the headache to the supplement. But after 5 days it finally clicked and I stopped taking it. So I can't really speak to its efficacy for joint issues as I ended up having sensitivity to something in the ingredients. But overall the dosage is reasonable being you only have to take it once a day and the pill size is very small so no horse pills. It's coated so no nasty aftertaste. Just be mindful of potential side effects and always only start one thing at a time!

I’m not really sure about the list of ingredients, many I’m not familiar with and it’s too soon for me to tell how effective they are, but it says triple action and highlights undenatured type 2 collagen and boron as main active ingredients. I would take with milk in the morning so you get some vitamin D as well, surprised it doesn’t have that in the list, nor glucosamine.

This is a product that I would highly recommend. I have been taking it or a similar form from Schiff for years and if I stop I can really notice the difference almost immediately.

Started using these when my first grandchild was born. Needed to ease joint stiffness in knees and hips. Am currently able to work thru some range of motion stretches when I wake up each morning.
