The tablets are small. You only have to take them once a day. I was taking glucosamine/chondroitin supplements prior which were bigger tablets and they were not as effective. I have arthritis in my hands and some of my other joints and this helps much better.

My husband has been using Move Free Type II Collagen, Boron %26 HA Ultra Triple Action Tablets for sometime now and I have noticed less "clicking" in his knees and ankles. I know he feels better or he wouldn't take them. When he adds them into the Walmart shopping cart himself, I know they must be good. I've bought him other supplements that he won't even try. He's not a pill taker so that says a lot about the product.

I use this daily and it helps with the psoriatic arthritis in my knees and feet. This has helped me tremendously and I will always make sure to never run out. Price is a little high but worth it to not have pain. Before I began taking this I had issues going up and down stairs and now I do very well.
