[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small, Easy to swallow tablet. Being an active person that is now in my mid 40s any help with keeping joints healthy is great! Only complaint is the wasted packaging - little tablets barely cover the bottom of this bottle.

I had been using this for osteoarthritis for a couple years but ran out so I thought I would skip a couple months and see how it went. It went painful- very very painful lol. Very nice to have just one small pill to take. But I thought it was the same as Move Free but three times as powerful - triple action. But reading the bottle I see it does not have any Glucosamine or Chondrotin. So now I just bought the Advanced Move Free.
