My knees hurt and actually creak if I don’t take this. I just couldn’t take the large glucosamine chondroitin tablets. This is one tiny tablet that does wonders. I take these capsules to help keep my knees from becoming stiff and painful. I switched to ultra not too long ago, but have used Move Free products in one form or another for years after going through knee surgery. Ultra is really convenient, as it requires only one (1) small capsule a day.

I had been using this for osteoarthritis for a couple years but ran out so I thought I would skip a couple months and see how it went. It went painful- very very painful lol.
