Great for my knees.

I’ve been on this product and the large bottle of glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM from Move Free for MANY years. I have severe osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, an unnamed joint disorder that’s attacking my joints, have g 4 joints replacement and need another done soon, my wrist totally reconstructed and multiple spinal areas that need injections and surgery. I truly believe these products help my joints. I’m on multiple pain, nerve and muscular medications but they didn’t seem to help the intense deep joint pain. These seem to help and make life livable once they build up in my system.

Bought this for my husband, who takes vegan glucosamine due to shellfish allergies, and needed something to complement it (vegan glucosamine doesn't seem to be as effective as the regular one). This product is working really good, and my husband is feeling great!!!

My knees hurt and actually creak if I don’t take this. I just couldn’t take the large glucosamine chondroitin tablets. This is one tiny tablet that does wonders. You may have to take it 60-90 days before you see a difference so don’t give up before you’ve given it a real chance to make a difference in your pain level and ability to move better.

I take these capsules to help keep my knees from becoming stiff and painful. I switched to ultra not too long ago, but have used Move Free products in one form or another for years after going through knee surgery. Ultra is really convenient, as it requires only one (1) small capsule a day.
