The pills are so easy to swallow because they are so tiny. I do a lot of walking and hiking and i have noticed a difference . They are clinically proven to support joint comfort. I like taking just one of these instead of 2 large glucosamine + chondroitin tablets. I also like the support for healthy bones!

In the past, I've had to take similar joint pills that were rather large and take them twice a day. These pills are tiny in comparison and I only need to take 1 a day.
