When I take them consistently I find that my joints don't ache as much and it is easier to move. The real benefit of this brand is the size, much easier to swallow and take. #HomeTesterClubNA

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish they gave you more of these to try, but for the small sample they sent, it was really nice to have all the supposed benefits in a TINY pill, rather than choking down those horse pills. The only thing i didn't like was the smell of these pills. Almost intolerable.

I've been using this product alternating with the Mega Red (read cheaper) for years now. Being that it's a supplement, results are slow to come, but when I go on vacation and forget to bring it along, the joint discomfort returns by the time I'm back.

Tough to rate a product of this type based on a single dosage but I'm sure it is a superior product as I currently use Move Free products in my normal daily regimen. I bought this a couple of months ago for my parents. They've been taking this with MSG? it really helped. My mom says she felt much better with her finger joints. Also, this new product is smaller and you only need to take one pill per day! I have recommended this to my friends.

I have to admit, though, the reason I first tried it 2 or so months ago, its tiny and you only need to take one. Ha!
