It was very easy to swallow and all the ingredients was rolled into one little pills. The big plus for me was there was no aftertaste or burp issues. Overall this product is something I need and I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately with the amount of one pill I was unable to tell anything about this product other than the name it's purpose and that it tastes like nothing. I can't review or say much when I only took the vitamin once.

Several years ago, both my husband and I began to take Move Free. WOW! What a difference in such a short time. I couldn't use my stepper at all and after about a week I was able to get on and begin to use. My husband has difficulty swallowing pills. So happy that I found this. This is so easy for him to take. Neither one of us goes a day without our Move Free!

I started purchasing this for my fiancé, by the strong recommendation of a friend. He pretty much loved it right away, and now cannot function without it. I had spine surgery, so have re-occurring back problems. I started using it because man it works, and got my father on board as well because he was able to stop taking 3 other vitamins instead. Unfortunately I did not receive enough of a sample to really give an opinion as to if this product works or not. I like that it is Triple Action Joint comfort: Joint + Cartilage + Bone. I think it is worth a try if you need help with any of this areas. I am going to buy a bottle to test it out because I do have joint discomfort.

It hasn't been long enough to tell how much relief I will be getting but, it's easy to take and it doesn't seem to have bad side effects so we'll see how it goes. My knees feel slightly better so any little bit of help is a plus.
