I took the capsule and think I might like to continue them to see if they could help my knees. They get very stiff and sore after sitting for a length of time. The one capsule sample is a start, but will need to continue longer to be able to gauge any improvement.

Tough to rate a product of this type based on a single dosage but I'm sure it is a superior product as I currently use Move Free products in my normal daily regimen. When it comes to these products and you really want to find something that relieves the pain, you keep hopeful.

I take fish oil and vitamin D but the wierd knee flare ups continued. I tried Triple Action by Move Free Ultra and my left knee seemed like it was stronger and it did not hurt that day no matter what I did, which was a pleasant surprise. I like Move Free Ultra I want more of this excellent joint support product.

I loved that all you need is 1 pill and it is small! I would take it for joint maintenance and think that taking it on a daily basis will provide me better ease of movement. I do not have pain.

Helps with the evening walks after dinner and loosens up those joints. Triple action means triple the efficacy. Try it and you'll feel better too!!

I was very happy that Move Free Ultra is just a single small pill. It was so uch easier to swallow. I will be looking into this product when my current one runs out.
